The stuff is very rude, I asked few times for less ice in my smoothie instead she did an extra ice , and the salad bowl was half empty.

Order ahead is never ready. I’ve been here twice and had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the app “ready to pick up at” time. Today they handed out free smoothies for 10 minutes before even starting to paid orders.

I love the music they play and How the açaí IS SOOOOOOO good specially the one with Nutella🤩🤤100 outta 10. I would 100% go again and again💗

for some reason, the smoothies are either too watery or the taste is off. I’ve tried three times this location and have been disappointed every time. Employees have bad attitudes

I like this place, but for the love of God, please hire more people! Takes extremely too long for food when there is 1 person working, on a Saturday at 1:30 in the afternoon. We have seen 4 parties wait and leave… so much business lost.

I go to this place every single day and these two guys named Mike and Matthew is very respectful and nice and they have the most bested service.

Takes forever since long-haired worker here will not stop talking to customers.
I used to frequent this location but try to avoid it because this employee is always there & is so distracted all the time it takes minimum 15mins for a smoothie.
I try to go to University location if you’re in a rush & don’t want to chat with employees.
