Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Order ahead is never ready. I’ve been here twice and had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the app “ready to pick up at” time. Today they handed out free smoothies for 10 minutes before even starting to paid orders.

I love the music they play and How the açaí IS SOOOOOOO good specially the one with Nutella🤩🤤100 outta 10. I would 100% go again and again💗

for some reason, the smoothies are either too watery or the taste is off. I’ve tried three times this location and have been disappointed every time. Employees have bad attitudes

I like this place, but for the love of God, please hire more people! Takes extremely too long for food when there is 1 person working, on a Saturday at 1:30 in the afternoon. We have seen 4 parties wait and leave… so much business lost.

The people that came after me, got their order first and had far more items. Won’t be coming back

I go to this place every single day and these two guys named Mike and Matthew is very respectful and nice and they have the most bested service.

Takes forever since long-haired worker here will not stop talking to customers.

I used to frequent this location but try to avoid it because this employee is always there & is so distracted all the time it takes minimum 15mins for a smoothie.

I try to go to University location if you’re in a rush & don’t want to chat with employees.

Great service, smoothie made perfect.. a little expensive, but almost everything seems expensive now.

Do not come to this location go to Davie, we waited 30 minutes for our food !!! I ordered hummus veggie wrap - there was no avocado which they told us but i figured it would be ok without one thing- opened my wrap at home and not a single black bean- barely any hummus had to use my own avocado and hummus at home , so i paid for a tortilla lettuce and rice. Thanks for nothing!!! so maddening

I went to tropical today and picked up my mobile order. Food and smoothie were ready on time. No complaints about that but When I opened the sandwich the turkey meat looked spoiled. I never knew turkey was supposed to look like that .. The sandwich literally made my stomach turn. I am so happy that I looked at the sandwich meat before I took a bite, it even had a smell to it. I will never return here EVER. Maybe just maybe a different location but not Plantation. SMH

My brother in Christ (short I think orange hair guy) who was working the Friday July 12th cashier area at 9:20 p.m was absolutely probably one of your best cashiers. Actually talked. And recommended smoothies. ? great vibes. Got the blueberry bliss! Delicous
