I order here pretty much everyday as it’s right by my house and it’s sad that I know to order online 30-45 minutes in advance because when I get there, my smoothie will probably still not be ready. Being that I am a customer that comes so often, I feel that more effort would be put into trying to get orders out, but the workers move incredibly slow nonetheless. There’s no urgency whatsoever. I haven’t said anything before, but I’ve been late to so many meetings and appointments even while being pro-active in ordering ahead of time.

The person that took my order had an attitude, was kind of rude and looked very unhappy. When I looked at the receipt, she charged me for a different item. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese quesadilla and was charged for the Santa Fe quesadilla. did not complain about it because I did not want to make a big deal out of it but even when I got my order, the Santa Fe quesadilla did not have what it is supposed to have. It was only chicken and cheese. Overall, I’m very disappointed because I was very excited to do there since everything looked good in the menu.

This is the first time I'm coming to this location since the explosion so it's been a while. I ordered a Detox Island Green. It contains mango, pineapple, banana, greens and ginger. It tasted like straight water and ginger. I told them what it tasted like, they made it again and it tasted exactly the same smh lol. Also I waited about 30 minutes past the promised time for my online order

With all the choices we have now days , Shame on me for giving this place a second chance. Employees need to be trained properly , but for that I blame management or ownership, the person that took my order did not know the menu after I ordered two different items. She said they don't have that and I had to remind her on the board behind them what it was. The other employee which seems to be above her, just sat in a corner with his head down. I don't think they need a job. The greens on the salad we spoiled and at the end they didn't know where the utensils were...once again I can't blame them for not being properly trained. To top it off after asking for my receipt they said that machine was out of order and also didn't have paper.

Me and my husband comes get a smoothie everyday from this specific location.Not just because of the smoothies but the friendly environment.Every establishment needs a manager like Mike. Always makes me feel like home and super nice.Kiya is also one of the best too. She’s has an amazing attitude.Last but not least the food and smoothies are made with quality which makes the whole experience an A+ in my books.✨✨✨✨✨

I'm very happy with what seems like a new smoothie place. I know it's been around since 1993 but I hadn't heard of it until literally a week or two ago. Right by the L.A. Fitness in Plantation. It seems like there's always some sort of special on the smoothies. My wife and I will split a smoothie and a wrap or flatbread and it comes out to under $10 (if there's a special or coupon). Thumbs up!!!
