wanted to support, wings were late to the party...frozen wing with lemon pepper seasoning. the cotton candy machine I had to operate myself. no discount for that horrible experience never again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of stopping by and trying a few things off the menu. First of all the employees were the kindest most polite men. Giving out free samples. Got the mini donuts and fried Oreos FANTASTIC!! They sell carnival like food! What an awesome idea!

This was my first time actually approaching the establishment, and I was with my four year old son who was greeted right away! Tony was a really kind man who assisted us right away and offered ice cream samples, and fresh hot donut samples; which was delicious! We then proceeded to order a kids hotdog meal for my son who was excited to have it, and he loved it. Then another kind gesture was done by the gentleman behind the counter who was helping us as well. Elijay was so kind when my son was looking at the cute decorations on the wall, That he actually gave him a cute little bunny that my son now treasures. This place is really great with customer service and we will definitely be back. Thank you again for all of your kindness!

I usually don’t write reviews but today I was pushed to my breaking point. I’ve been to this establishment a total of three times including today. The first time I was served by the owner with no issues and excellent customer service even though he was working by himself with no help and a long line. The second time I saw the manager he was amazing as well and the young lady he had with him were unwilling to take orders even though he was on the grill he proceeded to take me in as well as several other customers but he forgot my drink when I came back for it he was extremely apologetic and sincere which I appreciated because I understand mistakes do happen. When I went in today the same young lady was there along with some else I told the young man my order twice and came back to pick it up but as I started my meal I realized that they forgot my drink and some items that I purchased on my burger. I went back to let them know about the error and the young lady and other cashier proceeded to stare at me by the grill and talk about me as they corrected my order the young lady rudely told me that I wasn’t welcome anymore because I had to many complaints about an order they clearly got wrong and neglected to apologize to me. I explained to her that she has terrible customer service and I will never be back there again anyways because of her attitude. I would not recommend anyone to eat there if she’s on shift she will ignore you in your face knowing you want to order and has a very disgusting attitude and lacks decorum.

My kids love this place from the icees, to the wings. The cashier allowed my son to win a teddy bear by spinning the wheel. ???? They did not disappoint!! Most of all it’s black owned!!!
Horrible service waited about 45 mins for my order seemed like employees had no idea what they were doing definitely in need of new staff and better service I will not be coming back !

Funnel cakes are delicious but they never have candy apples & the employees are rude as can be as if it's a burden to serve you

Well I went there to check out the exciting new wings and some of their sweets. The wings were like pigeon size. A lot of breading as well. The garlic parmesan were very salty too.But the desserts tasted well.. young girl on register was slow and inaccurate. I had to correct her two times on the order. She had plenty of time to play on her phone though. Instead of learning the register.
