My order was missing items and my pastelito de carne was tiny and looked like it was cut off, really terrible experience. I ordered my tostada extra toasted, it was barely toasted. Not the first time they cut corners, but didn't expect them to be so literal about it

Drive 40 min to get coffee, OJ and toast and tattoo rude lady at the register was smarty pants about my order then would not take a $50, not what you say is HOW you say it!

This has to be the most inconsistent of all locations! We’ve visited a few times and we always give them a pass but there hasn’t been once where we haven’t had an issue either with the order or the way it was made. You never see the same staff and there’s always someone “in training” which could be a reflection of poor management/ownership. Unfortunately, we will not be returning as we’re all out of “passes”. I hope they can get it together and hire and train in order to retain staff at the very least.

I inquired about the pastries being made on-site and was incorrectly informed that they were. I am aware that the pastries are not produced at this location; they are delivered frozen from another facility. While I understand that they are baked here, they are not created in this establishment.

Absolutely done with this place.
I’ve been coming to this bakery for a while, and the service has gotten worse every single time. What’s most frustrating is that the manager is consistently the worst part of the experience rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care. The rest of the staff is actually great, but she drags the whole place down.

Today was the last straw. I called FIVE times to place an order, and when someone finally answered, I couldn’t hear a thing. I gave up and went in person, only to find the manager on the phone having a personal conversation while ignoring everyone around her. After waiting 35 minutes for my order (keep in mind, I was literally the second customer of the day at 7 a.m.!), they told me it hadn’t even been started.

No apology. No explanation. Just the manager glaring at me like I was the problem for interrupting her phone call. Completely unacceptable.

There are too many other bakeries in town to keep supporting one that clearly doesn’t value its customers. I won’t be back.

I’ve been eating Cuban pastries all my life…I was really happy when they open in Plantation as I would drive to Cooper City at least twice a week for Preparaditos, Guayaba y Queso an so on however, this place is a “Hit and Miss”…. I went back yesterday to get some Peparaditos and they hardly had any beef in it, the Ham and Cheese you couldn’t see or taste and the Puff Pastry lacked sweetness… For what is worth, I’d never go back there again!
Very disappointing!
