The service and wait times are absolutely terrible. Expect for your order to be delayed for 45 mins+ every time. I’ve ordered before and had the order delayed and decided to give them and decided to give them another chance. That was the worst idea ever. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Took about 20 mins to get order, place was fairly empty. Staff preparing food do not wear gloves and they do housekeeping tasks while preparing (touching) food. No one works with any sense of urgency. Wings were ok.

At this point just go ahead and close this location completely down. Customer service is awful waiting almost 2 hrs for salty chicken wings then for your order to be wrong is baffling! If I'm being honest don't waist your time or money. I could have went to the market came home and cooked my own food. Don't go to this location ever!!!!

I ordered at 4:00pm exact in store and didn’t get my food until 4:50pm. Estimated time was 25min and I waited 50min to get my food. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the lack of motivation from upper management for their employees, no sense of urgency, and the lobby was absolutely disgusting. There were 15 people in the lobby waiting for either a mobile order, delivery order, or an in store order. Why would I ever want to come back to Wingstop if this is the speed of service? I would rather go to a Chic Fil A or Publix for food. Don’t get me wrong, the food is awesome and I really do like to eat here but a 50min wait time for an in store pick up is honestly ridiculous lol

Had to wait an hour for our food while they let later customers receive their food before us. Then when we wanted to eat in the store the kicked us out because they were closing when we should have received our food 40 mins prior. Place was sticky and dirty as well

Cashiers attitude very bad. Whenever I go to the fancy restaurants workers are humble and respectful. They greet you and speak with manners. But these junk food workers be rough in their looks and attitude.
It was my 1 st time there , I had called in my order because I like my wings a certain way & the young man who took my order listened to every thing I said ! My food was delicious I Just want to say thank you I will be back Soon !!

The food is very good and they are very friendly. I ended up having a lot of extra highs for a promotion that there was. The manager was kind to mention it. The only thing is that I would like the place to be a little colder but nothing to complain about.

I placed an online order today at 4:04pm and it said that my order would be ready between 21-26 min. However that wasn’t the case. I asked the cashier twice about my order and after the last time, I stated to him, if it’s not ready; I would like a refund. I was in no way being impatient . I understand that the restaurant was extremely busy. But it seems as if they were purposely pushing smaller orders back to complete the larger orders. There needs to be a better system in place. When a restaurant is super busy! All hands need to be on deck. Ensuring that the food is coming and customers are happy!
Note to owners/managers. It’s the worst restaurant for a delivery pickup. Today 10/9/2024 I’ve been waiting for an Uber eats pick up order from 6:30 till 7:10. You can not do this to drivers. We work for 2 dollars per order plus tips if any. We waste time at your restaurant. You just can not summon the driver when you received the order, you should summon the driver when the order is made so we come up and pick up right away. Worst service and restaurant delivery policy ever, sadly…
