We’ve been wanting to try Zuru the last few months and I’m only upset we waited so long! We ordered the Takoyaki as an appetizer and it was insanely good. Something everyone should try at least once when coming here. For our meals we got the Karaage Don and Chashu Don, both delicious and will order again. Our server was amazing. And the decor was so well thought out from the art on the walls, to the serving plates, and even the to go boxes and bags. 10/10 all around.

I have been coming to Zuru Ramen since it opened and have enjoyed its selection of Ramen, with the black garlic being my favorite. All of my orders have been lunch pick ups, but one day I intend to dine in to sample its happy hour offerings

Zuru Ramen is a dining gem in Fort Lauderdale that takes the ramen experience to the next level. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by a cozy and modern atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a good meal with friends or alone. The service is top notch; The staff is attentive and always willing to make recommendations based on your preferences.

Ramen is, without a doubt, the protagonist. The broths have a deep, perfectly balanced flavor, which reflects the dedication and time invested in each preparation. The tonkotsu is creamy and robust, while the shoyu has an umami nuance that captivates from the first spoonful. The ingredients are fresh and quality: the chashu is tender and melts in your mouth, and the noodles have the perfect texture, neither too hard nor too soft.

Plus, Zuru isn't limited to just ramen. The bao buns and gyozas are an excellent complement, with flavors that stand out and textures that combine in a delicious way. The presentation of each dish is impeccable, which further elevates the dining experience.

All in all, Zuru Ramen is a place you will want to return to again and again. With friendly service and incomparable flavor, it has earned its place as one of the best ramen restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommended!

Ramen was good. I am not a Ramen aficionado so I can't speak to its authenticity. Service was great and responsive. The atmosphere was very much what I'd expect from a Ramen place in South Florida, look and feel with American music playing. I'll be back to try the Tonkotsu!

Cozy environment, wonderful service, great prices and even has a lunch special. Now to the food.
Great: both ramen bowls were great (spicy tonkotsu and the black garlic). Cheesecake was fire. Drinks were also great.
Bad: salad that came with the lunch, and the bobas (the really need to redo the matcha one, worst I've had).

Really disappointed after seeing so many great reviews, I guess a lot of people have never had real ramen before.

The tonkotsu broth is actually made from pork bones so that’s a plus, but they fail to make it correctly resulting in a very bland broth.

The pork belly was horrendous. They actually sliced small pieces up and just lightly fried both sides. That’s not how you make pork belly for ramen. I think that was the most disgusting thing I ate in a long time.

The pork cutlet with curry was also terrible. Not even fried in panko, and you can tell it was cooked in old dirty oil because it came out so dark and burnt flavor. The curry was even worse, you can get better flavor out of those instant curry mix cubes.

You’d think that would be the end of it but oh no, I mistakenly elected to wash it down with the most disgusting “boba tea” I’ve ever had. It’s hard to even call it that because it was 99% milk. The boba tasted awful too, you know when they just boil it in water and it tastes like nothing? Of course they couldn’t even do that right. It’s was supposed to be matcha flavored but there was just enough to make it look the lightest shade of green.

Thankfully they weren’t able to mess up the edamame.

I had high hopes for this place but damn what a let down. If you like ramen, don’t waste your time and money here.

This is my second time coming here. First time I got it “to go” just to try it and it was freaking good, I had to go and dine in. I’m not big on ramen, but this place turned me into a fan. I got the spicy tonkotzu and it was delicious. All the ingredients are fresh. The broth really taste home made and the pork belly slices were super tasty and tender. The restaurant is beautiful and the lady that help me was really nice and helpful, she explained everything about the dish and recommended the bowls we ate. Definitely go and give it a try.

Went here for dinner and I was not disappointed.

The karaage was good, it was a bit overcooked but still good. I ordered the black tonkotsu ramen and would 100% recommend this if you want an elevated rich garlicky version of a regular tonkotsu ramen.
