“Yardi Kitchen makes excellent Jamaican foods that remind you of the finger-lickin' goodness you can only get on the island. Kharel (owner) and her staff are cheerful and friendly and are open five days weekly. Just be sure to get there or call early before the callaloo/saltfish breakfast sells out on Saturdays! The oxtail is excellent and so is the ackee and jerk or any of her culinary delights. Prices are good; portions are generous, and there are lots of variety. Check 'em out!”

“We called the Poinciana location with questions about Bojangles’ menu, specifically regarding the change to bone-in chicken. The General Manager, John, was absolutely outstanding. He was polite, patient, and extremely informative, taking the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly.
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Even though we don’t live close to this location, his customer service alone would make us choose to visit if we did. John is a perfect example of excellent leadership and customer care!”

And yet, Harold, Shan, and Jasmine were in there working hard, smiling, and still showing up with full professionalism and kindness. Not once did they complain. Not once did they let the heat take away from their customer service. That kind of dedication? It’s rare.

I remember silently saying a prayer for all three of you that day. You deserved better conditions, better comfort—but you gave your best anyway. That’s something only real ones do.
