Please for the love of everything TEACH YOUR AFTERNOON STAFF HOW TO MAKE A MATCHA!

The morning staff is great, my matcha drink is perfect everytime. But if I go in the afternoon, its always a nasty clumpy mess that I have to fight with to get the match powder dissolved. I love matcha... I don't love drinking clumps of powder bc the staff didn't make it correctly.

Food was pretty good. Seemed like a pre made doe. Unfortunately it had some green spots on the bottom. Pretty much stopped at that point. No one was around to even talk to so just walked out.
