I’ve never worked here or in a place like this, so I can’t say much about how things run behind the counter. But it seems like there should be a set process for making coffee and lattes. Sometimes it feels like they just eyeball it, because the flavor isn’t always consistent and every now and then the coffee tastes burned, like it’s been sitting too long. On the bright side, the donuts are always fresh, and I’ve never had bad customer service. They just need to step...

I was in this past Sunday and had such a wonderful experience. The customer service from Sasha was absolutely amazing! She made me a fantastic latte, and the hash browns were delicious. Sasha truly made my whole night her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you for such a great experience!
