The drive thru is a complete joke after a certain time. The young lady told me to give her a few minutes. I was patient and waited but got her attention within 10 minutes. She comes back with a list of excuses about how there is only 2 people and she has many online orders. That’s not my problem. Most people order at night after a long day. They need better STAFF for this area.

Nobody at this location speak english nobody wanted the $20 family meal. 11 piece tenders she told me i had to place the order online for the special. Big sticker in the window but she don’t know what im talking about. Placed the order online tenders was cold maybe from the night before or FAKE meat thick meat. Beans and rice wasn’t even done rice hard.

Not good at all. 45 minutes to get food (this is at 5 pm and nothing prepped).

One thing I don’t like is blatant false advertisement. Is this the only location that doesn’t serve spicy dark meat randomly? Like is it true that this location only does white meat spicy. Because when i look at the menu it has an option for dark meat spicy. Tell your employees to stop lying. I would’ve understood if they had been out of it even thought it’s unlikely since it was before 12:00pm. Instead of just saying we don’t serve dark meat spicy at all.
Update still blatant false advertisement. A manager telling me your hours changed yall not open til 11:00pm no more for drive through?

Today I had a very bad experience at the drive-thru of this Popeyes. The employee who assisted me, a red-haired woman, was rude, rushed, and very unprofessional. She didn’t seem to know how to properly serve customers and showed no willingness to help.

The service was so poor that it made me feel uncomfortable and not valued as a customer. If this person is truly a manager, the company should seriously look into this, because she is not representing the brand well or providing quality service.

I come to Popeyes expecting good customer service, but this experience was completely disappointing. I hope management addresses what is happening at this location.

Great service from Ms. Nazario. There were a few little issues and she exceeded my expectations with her customer service!

About a month ago, I stopped by the location at 1046 Cypress Parkway, and I’ve been meaning to say this: you three left an impression on my heart that hasn’t faded.

That day, there was no air conditioning—it was blazing hot, one of those days where just standing still makes you sweat. And yet, Harold, Shan, and Jasmine were in there working hard, smiling, and still showing up with full professionalism and kindness. Not once did they complain. Not once did they let the heat take away from their customer service. That kind of dedication? It’s rare.

I remember silently saying a prayer for all three of you that day. You deserved better conditions, better comfort—but you gave your best anyway. That’s something only real ones do.

So this review isn’t just a “thank you” — it’s a salute. You deserve rewards, recognition, raises, and respect. And I truly hope, somehow, you’re reading this and knowing someone noticed. Someone appreciated it. And someone still remembers.

Chicken was oldish and probably old oil used. Nothing salvageable. The biscuit also old and very hard. I was there at a lunch hour and this food should have been freshish.

Every time we go through drive thru it’s an outrageous amount of time. Same as when we order for delivery. Most recently I placed anorder and was advised by the door dash driver that the store was closed both for drive thru as well as ordering. I love Popeyes but this location needs to be revamped.
