Excellent Ice cream choices

Ice cream is fine, service is okay as well girl working there was super polite. only gripe I have is the cost of a single scoop is quite high $6 with a small tip and green cone was chewy and felt like it was sitting on the shelf for awhile.

Stopped in with our family as a halfway point for us and the grandparents. I love strawberry ice cream and theirs has big chunks of strawberries. The C is for Cookie is one of my husband favorite ice creams but can't find it often. Everyone else liked their ice cream. Good eats.

On our first visit, we walked in just as the employee door closed behind someone. We waited patiently for service, hoping at least for a greeting, but after three minutes with no acknowledgment, we left disappointed. CCTV footage would show us entering and waiting without complaint. This isn’t a review meant to unfairly lower ratings—it’s simply an honest experience. At a time when we are actively trying to support small, local businesses, the lack of service made it clear we had no choice but to seek service elsewhere. Ironically, the sign on the employee door states, “Rule #1: If we don’t service you, someone else will.” A sentiment that couldn't be more accurate.

I'm a local in the area, i always enjoy stopping in and trying some of the delicious flavors they have to offer. Very friendly staff, that always give great service.

Christian is phenomenal! He took the time to explain the menu to us since it was our first but thanks to him it definitely won’t be our last!!!!

I totally love this place, especially being my first time here, the lady that attended us was very friendly and very outgoing and her energy was very social and bright and I loved it, this won’t be my last time coming here and the ice cream was amazing, especially when you can kind of customize it to your liking❤️ I totally recommend

The ice cream is good, but service isn't the best. This is the 2nd time we went and the staff was unfriendly and somewhat rude. For a double scoop (with 1 topping), and 2 single scoops (with one topping each), it was over $20. I usually don't care about the cost, but if the service is bad, then it's not worth it to me. We will find somewhere else. I also had a card that I was given probably a year ago (buy 10 ice creams, get 1 free) and the lady quickly said "we don't take that here and we don't even give those out anymore". I feel like it's one thing to not give them out anymore if the company does away with the promotion, but you should still honor people who have the cards.

I love going here with my family!! They allow you to taste as many samples of the flavors as you need to choose your perfect ice cream! The flavors are delicious!! Friendly customer service ands great place to go!

Very good ice cream shop with some amazing flavors. We tried the red velvet and the coffee flavored one and loved both.

The negative reviews on here are ridiculous and don’t even pertain to the shop. The staff is some of the friendliest with excellent customer service and I plan on bringing my daughter here from now on! Do yourself a favor: DONT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE ITS

Can’t brag enough! Love love love this little ice cream shop in Polk City. We take the family here all the time. You can get a “passport” to make all of the flavors you’ve tried. Every time we stop in they have new ice cream flavors to try. They have your normal flavors and tons of fun ones. One of my favorites is the key lime pie. They also have sugar free ice cream, and freeze dried candy which the kids are loving now. Locals love this spot!

3 scoops can’t be put in a larger cup because they would have to charge you for a $7.00 shake. 3 scoops are the same price as the shake !!!! Bad customer service.And of course, ice cream dripping everywhere before you get home. Sad
