I wish I got the mans name but HE WAS AMAZING !!!!! They were swamped due to the hurricane and they were the only place open. The food was fantastic but the service was top notch. Not everybody was understanding and some people were outright rude meaning the customers. The staff was on top of everything busting out all sorts of food. Highly recommend 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The ice cream shop is fairly priced and pretty good, and the gent with the glasses is always nice. The other side, at least the one time I went in, was priced a bit much for what was offered. Have not had the food, so the food rating is just the ice cream side.
I enjoyed while visiting my Mom a movie my sister was watching. Called the whistle stop. My GPS implanted a spiritual karma like parasocial (ghosts) guide on leaving. Instead of taking the usual route, at the four-way I decided to go south down the Old trail road. When I got to the next town I would never have guessed an actual restaurant after the movie, named the Whistle Stop.
