Aroma Joe's Coffee House & Drive Thru

I love the service there. Always a smile. Great service.

I’m not trying to be petty. And typically I wouldn’t have thought twice, but today I went through the drive thru with my twin 5 year olds. I ordered a medium iced coffee with s’mores flavoring and two cups of ice water for the kids (I mean it’s almost 100 degrees outside, we’ve been running errands, so I figured I’d grab them some water).

I go to pay and it’s $7. I was like hmm this seems high. Maybe they’ll give me a receipt with my drink at the next window. Nope. Never got one.

I kept thinking about this. Because Saturday (two days prior) I ordered a cold brew with cold foam, a cup of water, and hashbrowns and it was like over $10. I thought it was a little high in price compared to Dunkin right across the street.

Anyways, long story longer, I called because it was just irking me. I was told that they charge $1 for a cup of water and no longer give receipts unless asked.

I feel this is shady. I understand 25 cents or 50 cents even to cover the cup, but a $1 for tap water?! And no receipt to even back it up.

The drive thru bell is very annoying.

10/10! The staff was incredibly kind and patient, and you can tell the coffee was made with care. Definitely recommend supporting them over a lot of the big corporations!

Went early on a Sunday before heading to Miami and ordered a cortadito with skim milk. Taste delicious! Very happy with how quick it was and the quality.

If this place was not conveniently located across the street from my workplace, I probably would not know that they exist. This is knock-off version of Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. Today the bread on my Tuscan roll was cotton dry and hard as a roc. I was shocked cause they usually do a great job or heating it up and handing my sandwich in the aluminum pouch. My favourite item from menu is the hot chocolate. I LOVEE my hot chocolate!!

Literally the best coffee shop! The staff is amazing and everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hash browns are to die for. My go to order is an iced coffee and a Black Magic Rush. Highly recommend!

I didn’t take any photos, but I’ve gone through the drive-thru twice, and honestly the girls working there are incredibly kind and have such a great vibe. Even at 6 in the morning, they’ll greet you with so much warmth.

The only thing I’ve ordered so far is a hot latte, and it’s honestly the best coffee I’ve had in the whole area (yes, WAY better than Starbucks in my opinion).
It looks like they have tons of other things to try too, so I’m definitely excited to come back and try more drinks soon!

I only ordered a carmel latte. Spot on and the price is much affordable than the big franchises. Polite and courteous service when taking the order.

My fiancee loves the matcha here, but recently she got one that was just okay and I had to hear her complain to me about it because she was really craving a good matcha. Regardless of this I’m not going to deduct a star just for that but please be consistent with the matcha or I’m going to have to hear about it all day.

The lady was very nice and I think it was only her working today and she was very quick with our 2 drinks and cinnamon roll!! The food was good and I’m definitely coming back!
