The food, while decent, lacked the richness and depth you’d expect from authentic Pakistani cuisine. Some dishes felt slightly underwhelming in terms of seasoning and presentation.

“Stopped in for lunch today and had the pleasure of being in the restaurant during the playing of the National Anthem. The restaurant stopped in its tracks and everyone stood and honored the flag as it was being shown in all of the tvs. Many of the customers joined signing and as soon as it was over it was back to business as usual. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, the time stopped several years ago
The wedge salad is one of the best I’ve ever tried, ordered the brisket plate and with this can eat 2 persons for $30 bucks
The server was a little bit upset but then a very kind gentleman explained to me that they just closed the kitchen and also the restaurant was already closed but I can stay there and enjoy my food (that was amazing)
I was a little bit ashamed because of that, otherwise knowing that were about to close I would never walked in
BTW I went for the ribs and were sold out, so I’ll be back to give a try soon (and in regular hours)“

We’ve always enjoyed Lickie Stickie BBQ at the farmers markets, but they were never our go-to BBQ spot, as they didn’t have a store front. But that’s about to change, as they have a store front. Lickie Stickie BBQ will be the only BBQ spot we dine at. We dined at their location off 44th Street today and it was the best experience we’ve had. We ordered a smorgasbord of things: brisket, jerk pork, smoked pastrami, kids hot dog, kids grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese, fries, coleslaw, fried corn bread and lemonade. Everything was delicious! The service was exceptional. The entire staff went above and beyond for us, especially for our three young children. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food! “Not as great as I thought it once was. I had been before, though quite some time ago. The onion rings are the best I’ve had in a really long time. Had the honey garlic wings and it tasted like nothing. Not even honey garlic. Had the ribs also and they were just all right. The baked bean were delicious and perfect with the potato salad.“

“Our family has been looking for a new bbq place, and we found it! Large menu, good prices, hot and fresh food. I'm allergic to pineapple, and most bbq sauce has pineapple in it. I ordered a full slab of ribs, sauce on the side. I was pleasantly surprised that even with no sauce the ribs were fall off the bone tender and delicious. We will order again and HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!“

“Restaurant was very busy. Served salad and bread before appetizer. Told appetizer would take a little while after they gave us our salad. Seemed like they were trying to rush us out of our seats so they could refill them. Appetizer should come before any part of the meal. That's what the word means. So cancelled the appetizer. Steaks were excellent.“

“This place keeps showing up as a place to try. I decided to see what the fuzz was all about. It is not a restaurant as in the way we are used too. It's a take out place. It is small inside and it gets crowded. You don't want to eat inside. There are a few chairs inside but they are for waiting, not eating. The waiting is not long. The menu is posted on a wall and there is a counter where you can view some of the things the place has. The food is sold by the pound and it's cash only here.
I read some of the reviews. They all recommended the crispy pork. I got some and lived it. It was crispy. The honey roasted pork, I thin that is what I got. I liked too and I got other things that I can't name now. It's a great place to try new things.
The service is efficient. I suggest you know what you want before stepping up to the counter. The counter moves fast.“
