“Fast service. Food is good. Could use a little more attention to the tables and cleaning them. Everyone seems to be busy putting sauces in little containers. Also, the sign on front of the building does not work. Hasn't worked for years???“

“We got here as soon as they opened so there were only 2 other people there. What surprised us when we drove up, there were live chickens in front one at the door and a mom and chicks near the drive through. We laughed and wondered do they know what goes on in this place? Find another hangout! ??Anyway the food was good and hot, quick service nice staff!“

“I hadn’t visited a Pollo tropical in over a decade. Staff was young, but provided decent service. Food was good as I remembered although they’ve taken the vegetarian protein off the menu. The only negative worth noting is the restaurant was not as clean as it could have been behind or in front of the counter.
Vegetarian options: There are no options
besides omitting the meat off your order.“
