I dined there this past weekend and it took over an hour to get our food. The server appeared once a to tell us our food would be right up but it still never showed up. Finally we talked to a manager and then it eventually arrived. Two dishes were bland and basically inedible . Soup dumplings were served without any soup inside the dumplings. My fried rice was served in aluminum foil the rice was hot and the foil was ice cold. A previous review that I read for two weeks ago indicated that there were new owners. The response the owner gave didn't refute that so it's obvious why they have so many problems. We're a long time guests and we'll have to think twice before going back. On the way out there was a patron that was screaming that maybe waiting an hour for the reservation then we're completely ignored. Service issues and food quality if seriously deteriorated

So came here as a party of 5 cus one of the members said the place was good. So we had a reservation for 6:30 got there on time and was promptly seated. Looked over the menu ordered our appetizers and they came out and everything was fine but then that’s when it went all downhill. We placed our entree orders and sat there for an hour waiting. Server disappeared for half hour came by and said ur food will be right out. Waited another 20 minutes then the manager came and said our food was coming out. So she brought it to us. No explanation or anything on why it took forever. Two plates were bland and couldn’t be eaten. Teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce or very very very little. Sizzling beef bland. Dumpling soup came out no soup just dumplings. It was a hot mess in that place as one woman left the establishment yelling “you’re gonna get a bad review!!!” Not sure what happened there but I don’t blame her at all. Forbes said she’s never had this happen and was apologizing on way home. I won’t be returning that’s for sure. Not worth the time or money.

Coming from New York City, I've had many Peking Duck dinners but this was among the best I've had. Crispy skin, tasty duck with the right add-ons and served beautifully. We started with all three soups - wonton, egg drop and hot and sour. Then assorted dim sum and shrimp fried rice. All were hot and tasty. We ordered dry fried string beans but they never came. The waitress was spectacular but I unfortunately don't remember her name. Definitely will return!
Absolutely love the atmosphere! 🍴✨ Thanks for great hospitality - made our experience even better! 😊..

the Peking duck was phenomenal cooked perfectly. The only downside was a horrible pancake serve served with. They were like a glue consistency extremely small, not like anything we've ever had especially being from New York City sometimes they are served with a bow bun and sometimes they are served with a normal size pancake that has more of a flour consistency. Egg drop and hot and sour soup excellent. Chicken Lettuce wraps were phenomenal. The Szechuan wontons were horrible. They were in a thick gravy and overcooked. They should be in a chili oil sauce. The pork Goza were like the dollar tree ones and watery inside. Eggrolls were crisp had a nice texture, but they could've used some meat and not just all vegetables. I would definitely come back for a duck and soup, but they would first have to change those horrible pancakes made it very unenjoyable to eat. You couldn't stuff anything into it and I couldn't get past the texture. Fried rice was average. And they also need to crank up the air-conditioning. We were sweating to death. We had to go out to the car and get our portable fans. The server was nice. Everyone was amazing. She was very attentive. Again, overall, I would just come back for the duck, the lettuce wraps and the soup.
New owners not the same wont be going back mall food at best

Stay away from the pineapple lobster fried rice. I wish I can take back my tip.

By far, the best Chinese restaurant in 60 miles.
I've now been there a dozen times.
Always great.
I just have one wish. I wish you would offer Pressed Almond Duck.

I'm beyond disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but this visit was a complete disaster. The waitress was rude and inattentive from the start. No warmth, no care, and clearly no interest in doing her job. Our food came out all at once—some plates undercooked, everything cold—and to make it worse, several entrées never came at all. Not even an apology or explanation. When I asked for a manager, I expected things to improve. They got worse. No greeting, no acknowledgment of the situation—just a cold stare and an attitude that made it clear she didn't care. Nothing was fixed. No solutions. No accountability. This wasn't just bad service; it was indifference at every level. After being a customer for years, I never thought I'd say this, but I genuinely don't know if I'll ever come back. One of the most frustrating dining experiences I've had.
