La Paella Chef is The Best Paella.This was our 2nd celebration with them.Chef Dana is an artist with the cooking and presentation of the paella. She is a delight very professional and friendly.We started with the Gazpacho shots and the Manchego cheese board. Both were so delicious.We had the chicken seafood paella (mixta).Our Family and friends were so impressed and raved about howfresh, delicious and flavorful the paella was.Great way to celebrate ...Super Fun Night!!
Great service, delicious food, good comunication, on time and beautiful presentation. The only observation in terms of the food is that the meat paella was a little salty, sea food paella perfect seasoning. My guest enjoy everything.
