WORST DAMN PIZZA DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE USA
Their app shows my pizza was ready AN HOUR AGO… It’s also telling me the driver left the store 45 minutes ago… and it’s also telling me I still have another 20 minutes to wait after having missed the first SIX delivery windows it provided. SCREW THIS DAMN PLACE

The driver was very rude, delivered to the wrong place after I tried giving instructions, and blocked me when i tried calling back cause she delivered it wrong.
This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had with Domino's. The delivery driver completely ignored the delivery instructions, and when we called to request a refund because the pizza was not delivered properly and arrived too late, the employee who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Instead of solving the problem, they refused both the refund and any reasonable customer service. We paid for food and service we did not receive correctly. Extremely disappointing...read full review
