This location is really bad and you should never order from here.Horrible experience with delivery, took over an hour to deliver a wrong order and another hour to get the right order.No managers around when I asked to speak to one and you can tell that these folks really need one to get the job done correctly. Will not be ordering from this location again.I recommending going with one of the many other chains in the area.Order #442, 4/1/24. Unfortunately, this review is not an April fools joke. But, I do feel as if this store was pranking me.

BELLIGERENT, DEMEANING, & NASTY EMPLOYEES! BEWARE! I ordered a pizza via card side delivery on the app and it stated it was ready. No one comes to the car. I'm told the next pizza is mine she'll bring it to the car. Not the case. I go back in and finally my pizza is actually coming out of the oven. I waited an extra twenty five minutes for a completed order via the app @ the location. I asked the woman her name and she was very defensive and wouldn't give me her name. None of the employees would tell me her name. One of the male employees @ least six feet tall, spread his arms in front of me like he's going to fight me and yelling why do you need to know her name? Please keep in mind I'm only five foot two inches. I left with a pizza because I paid for one. If you didn't do anything wrong you would tell me your name!

Placed an order that says it was delivered and it never was. Called 3 times to be told “it’s coming the app isn’t right” now 2 hours later called again and they just pick up and leave the phone sitting on the counter without actually answering!

This has to be the 5th time ordering now and there is always an issue. The most recent time, driver delivered the wrong items. Only option is to submit a claim online and they give you a free pizza. Well so they say. Today was a free pizza and my order was still over $25. Time to find another pizza place because they just can’t get it right.

My order was placed @7:57 Pm. 1 Hour pass and still no food, no status or updates in regard’s to my order. I then decide to call, As I verify the order that was placed. I was then placed on hold for about 5 minutes. (I guess because she knew she never took my order. After a few minutes she then comes on the phone and say I do not see your order, what’s your address, I do not see your address. What’s the point of asking me all these questions in regards to my order. Only for you to open your running mouth and say (Mam I’m so sorry I don’t think I took your order.When I tell you the most unprofessional pizza place I have ever decided to order from, sound like the workers was playing. Where is management when you need them.The worst customer service ever. If you leave it up to this place you will starve.I wonder what’s keeping this unorganized place open.Think twice before you order from here.

The worst place to order from, when I say they are so UNPROFESSIONAL and ghetto it's ridiculous. I got a text saying I'm outside your door and the guy was never there. So I made my way to the store the young lady who hung the phone up on me stated to her co worker my address was a wrong address remind you I order from the Wilton Manor location and never had a problem with my food being delivered. The young lady stated to me it's not my fault you don't know your address from there I lost it we exchanged some words she called me ugly and bent over and told me to kiss you know what. This was my first time ordering at this location and it was my last I don't even know why my order went there, it always go to the Wilton Manor location. Over the 15 years I been ordering from Domino's and never had this experience.

I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER ON FRIDAY 01/26/2024 PAY WITH MY CARD. THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. I CALLED THE STORE ON REPEATED OPPORTUNITIES AND THEY LEFT ME ON WAITING FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES AND NOBODY GOT ME BACK. I WENT TO THE STORE ON SATURDAY AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO ASSIST ME BECAUSE THEY WERE FULL AND THE PHONES WERE PICKED UP TO NOT ANSWER CALLS. (I HAVE PHOTOS) ON SUNDAY I WENT AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT CORPORATE TO MAKE THE CLAIM. NO ONE GIVES ME AN ANSWER. I AM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER OF THE DOMINOS CHAIN.
