I cannot fully express the Perfection, Professionalism, & Precision of how the food and service was delivered by this company. This is the 2nd time I've had the pleasure of being a guest at a Christmas party that used Hugh's. The hors d'oeuvres were cooked just right, seasoned exquisitely, containing a fantastic diverse selection. The waiters and waitresses were efficient, friendly, quick, and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I can not say enough wonderful things about this caterer!! From the beginning Andy was the best, he helped us every step of planning food that made sense for our needs and for the traveling that it took to get to us , the Chilean Sea Bass was the most delicious we have ever had. He helped us with choosing a baker as well and let me tell you his recommendation didn’t disappoint! Thank you Hugh’s catering and Andy for giving us a memorable experience in a unique situation.
