It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without problem. With my wife we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly. The bar service was also very good. I would work again with them for events based on the excellent quality and variety, the service, and above all their organizing abilities and willingness to help make any event a success.
