“I ordered from their empanada flash sale on Saturday… What a special treat! The empanadas were perfect. What an amazing combination of flavors they produce! My favorite was the short rib and the artichoke! As curious as I was about the Mac and cheese empanada… It was awesome! “If there is one thing I loveeeee it’s Haitian food. I may be slightly biased considering I am Haitian but whatever. Hubby and I went for love day dinner and they did NOT disappoint! We ordered a fritay platter with a whole snapper, fried ribs, Akra, diri (rice), and banan (fried plantains). That fishhhhhhhh… omg. Usually we drive to north Miami for a whole fried snapper but I can confidently say I’ll be saving gas from now on! The owner (who was super sweet and attentive by the way) was not lying when she said she doesn’t have competition and knows we’ll be back. We decided to eat there and she checked on us multiple times and made friendly conversation. She for sure has regulars.. there were several people who came to pick up food and she greeted each of them warmly and remembered each and every one. And you can tell it was genuine. It’s a food truck so there is limited outdoor seating but plenty of parking. We will 100% be back and in the very near future. Oh and did I mention it’s a woman owned business?? We love to see a queen doing the damn thing!“
“I ordered medium stone crab meals from Florida Stone Crabs Restaurant PATAS on December 3rd & 7th, 2022. Their claws were extremely fresh and succulent. The cream spinach and hash browns were seasoned perfectly and arrived hot. YUM!! Dipping mustard sauce was so "delicious" the recipe should be considered a trade secret.“
“We used Dana/La Paella chef for our wedding catering. Dana exceeded our expectations. Not only was the food high quality and great value, the service was very friendly and the practicalities involved were executed swiftly and precisely. Her husband, Peter, set up an amazing bar. The centre piece of which was Sangria. It looked stunning. If you are in our area then don’t waste your money on expensive hotels, hire a venue and draft Dana in to look after your catering needs. I have been to Spain many times and much of the paella I’ve had in Barcelona or Madrid doesn’t compare to this. This is real paella cooed with love from a Spaniard. It doesn’t get any better. In fact, I think about it every day and even if I end up with Alzheimer’s disease, this will be the one thing I won’t forget. Thank you so much Dana, Peter and Katy.“

My husband and our guests loved Chef Gianni’s beautiful paella! He was also able to accommodate my difficult food allergies by tweaking the ingredients.
