“Douglas K Catering did my wedding in March 2024. Food for 65 people. We did a buffet of about 6 small plate items, and 1 one main dish, all in chafing dishes. It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The staff was great, both in ordering everything, and in delivering to the event venue and staffing it with 2 very professional servers. We were so happy with everything they did! And the chicken and waffles dish was the Best!!“

“My favorite Birria Quesadilla in the area. Always delicious, juicy, and they’re very generous with the consumé. My husband loves their tacos. I highly suggest the California burrito with steak. It’s absolutely phenomenal. They recently stared doing smash burgers and holy mother of knocked it out the park! Wish they had longer hours, but it’s easy to order ahead and just pick it up. There’s also a cute seating area nearby, some picnic tables and lights. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area. The kids meals are perfect, my kids are all burritos children. Their guacamole is flavorful and fresh. Their salsas are also very well seasoned and the red is the perfect spice level. 10/10 recommend.“

“THIS by far was the best decision we could've made for our wedding. Let's be completely honest, wedding guests are usually there for the food and drinks. Chef Bigggz did not disappoint. After speaking with a few different catering options, we knew we had to roll with Chef Bigggz. The menu selections were endless, we were able to sample our choices and it was such a difficult decision to decipher which items we were going with. Not to mention the pricing and communication was stellar. We'd be crazy if we went elsewhere. Hands down the best food I've eaten personally in a long time and my guests felt the same way. “The chicken marsala pizza is amazing. A sauce that is just the right consistency, and a flavor straight from Italy. I opted for the gluten free crust, which I was happy to discover was a cauliflower crust. many places.use the udi's GF crust, which is ok, but not great. The crust they use here was lovely. I would definitely get the chicken marsala pizza again, but they have so many different and unique options I would have to try others first. I also had their pasta fagioli, which was the best I've had in a very long time. The flavor was complex and delicious. a hidden treat for those that are gluten free, the soup is made in houe and the pasta is not added until it is time to serve. ordering without pasta, it is gluten free. The owners happened to be there when we stopped in. They were super friendly and very helpful in addressing my dietary restrictions. The quality of ingredients really shows in their food.i highly recommend trying this restaurant.“
