“Douglas K Catering did my wedding in March 2024. Food for 65 people. We did a buffet of about 6 small plate items, and 1 one main dish, all in chafing dishes. It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The staff was great, both in ordering everything, and in delivering to the event venue and staffing it with 2 very professional servers. We were so happy with everything they did! And the chicken and waffles dish was the Best!!“

“My favorite Birria Quesadilla in the area. Always delicious, juicy, and they’re very generous with the consumé. My husband loves their tacos. I highly suggest the California burrito with steak. It’s absolutely phenomenal. They recently stared doing smash burgers and holy mother of knocked it out the park! Wish they had longer hours, but it’s easy to order ahead and just pick it up. There’s also a cute seating area nearby, some picnic tables and lights. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area. The kids meals are perfect, my kids are all burritos children. Their guacamole is flavorful and fresh. Their salsas are also very well seasoned and the red is the perfect spice level. 10/10 recommend.“

“Yesterday, 2-11-2021, we attended a Broker's event for a new construction development on the beach in Delray Beach, Florida. We have never heard of this catering company before but the food looked delicious. My husband and I tried everything on the menu...several times! The display of food was gorgeous and mouthwatering. They had exquisite and delectable food: mini lobster rolls (yes, real lobster!), shrimp cocktail, ceviche, pasta with pesto sauce, elegant ham, roast beef, and turkey croissants, quinoa with raspberries and orange (I think, not sure, but delish), homemade ice cream, key lime pie dessert, and much more. The food was soooooo good and the presentation super cute. The staff was very friendly and diligent, but what impressed us the most, was that the owner of the catering company, "Hollywood", was going around the party meeting the attendees to make sure everything was ok with the food and everyone was happy with it. We were telling him how delicious the food was and my husband mentioned the mini lobster rolls. A lady that we know that was chatting with us heard mini lobster rolls, and said that she did not try one yet. Well, Hollywood made a call to his staff, and within 2 minutes his staff brought a whole tray full of mini lobster rolls to our chairs. Telling you that this man knows about customer service is an understatement. Wow! What service. Finding a catering company that has delicious food is one thing, but finding the whole package, were the staff is awesome, AND the owner hands on and on top of things so that attendees are super happy is a completely different thing. B'nai Torah is a beautiful full-service venue and it was a wonderful experience to see my first event through on the property. Jack and Neil, you both were so professional and I felt really supported. We did a great job troubleshooting. The couple commented to me that they couldn't believe a single thing didn't go wrong during their wedding. And you have to laugh, because that's the goal! They were thrown a curve ball on wedding day when the wedding venue changed guidelines on how food could be heated and served but they did not miss a beat and handled everything very professionally. After speaking with a few different catering options, we knew we had to roll with Chef Bigggz. The owner, George, and the head chef, went out of their way to make sure we had our Haitian Pork and Rice for our wedding, which was a really meaningful thing for us to incorporate into our wedding. Our wedding was the first time that many of my family members got to try Haitian food and experience a little bit of my husband's Haitian culture. “The chicken marsala pizza is amazing. A sauce that is just the right consistency, and a flavor straight from Italy. I opted for the gluten free crust, which I was happy to discover was a cauliflower crust. many places.use the udi's GF crust, which is ok, but not great. The crust they use here was lovely. I would definitely get the chicken marsala pizza again, but they have so many different and unique options I would have to try others first. I also had their pasta fagioli, which was the best I've had in a very long time. The flavor was complex and delicious. a hidden treat for those that are gluten free, the soup is made in houe and the pasta is not added until it is time to serve. ordering without pasta, it is gluten free. The owners happened to be there when we stopped in. They were super friendly and very helpful in addressing my dietary restrictions. The quality of ingredients really shows in their food.i highly recommend trying this restaurant.“
