“The Door2Door Team did an incredible job with catering our wedding!We owe them a huge thank you for everything their team did, through the planning phase and at our wedding. The owner, George, and the head chef, went out of their way to make sure we had our Haitian Pork and Rice for our wedding, which was a really meaningful thing for us to incorporate into our wedding. Our wedding was the first time that many of my family members got to try Haitian food and experience a little bit of my husband's Haitian culture. The food was absolutely incredible and we are still receiving wonderful reviews of the food. Our guests were blown away by how good the food was.Additionally, the waitstaff provided by Door2Door were incredibly professional and friendly. They did so much work that day and were kept very busy, yet everyone had a smile on their face and was so attentive. “We used Dana/La Paella chef for our wedding catering. Dana exceeded our expectations. Not only was the food high quality and great value, the service was very friendly and the practicalities involved were executed swiftly and precisely. Her husband, Peter, set up an amazing bar. The centre piece of which was Sangria. It looked stunning. If you are in our area then don’t waste your money on expensive hotels, hire a venue and draft Dana in to look after your catering needs. I have been to Spain many times and much of the paella I’ve had in Barcelona or Madrid doesn’t compare to this. This is real paella cooed with love from a Spaniard. It doesn’t get any better. Usually we drive to north Miami for a whole fried snapper but I can confidently say I’ll be saving gas from now on! The owner (who was super sweet and attentive by the way) was not lying when she said she doesn’t have competition and knows we’ll be back. We decided to eat there and she checked on us multiple times and made friendly conversation. She for sure has regulars.. there were several people who came to pick up food and she greeted each of them warmly and remembered each and every one. And you can tell it was genuine. It’s a food truck so there is limited outdoor seating but plenty of parking. We will 100% be back and in the very near future. Oh and did I mention it’s a woman owned business?? We received countless compliments on the bites during cocktail hour, the entrees, the side dishes, the mini desserts/churros and the cafecitos and cortaditos. A lot of our guests didn’t even know what a cafecito/cortadito was and I had some people tell me they were on their 4th cup! I’m pretty sure they flew home! My husband and I don’t eat to live, we live to eat, so having amazing food at our wedding was a non-negotiable. “We hired Culinary Artz for our wedding of about 50 guests. We are foodies and wanted our reception to focus on the menu and Michael and his team did not disappoint!! Everything tasted phenomenal! We had a cocktail style reception, with passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a variety of stations including a pasta station, Oyster, Carving and Slider station! Each station was amazing! Guests raved about the food all night! My uncle pulled me aside and told me that the food was "hands down better than any wedding he had ever been to and even better than most restaurants." Michael was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He was very hands on and directly involved even in the early planning stages. He provided the table and chair rentals along with the linens and had options for the Arch, pool coverings and tents. Culinary Artz will be able to assist with all of your wedding planning needs. His staff was friendly and extremely professional. 100 out of 10 and would recommend for all occasions! Many catering companies pump out several events in an evening and the food is sub bar. This is not the case with Culinary Arts, Michael is the Executive Chef and owner of Culinary Arts and he is personally involved in each event from day 1 of the booking all the way to the execution. He makes everything from scratch with fresh ingredients and You can tell he is passionate about what he does and the food / menu will speak for itself.“

“I think 5 stars is far too low for the experience that we had working with Adam and the staff for Sidecar Kitchen. We were hosting a corporate event and were referred to Sidecar by another vendor. From the first email, we knew we were in great hands. Adam is so responsive and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The menu choices are extensive but don't worry, every item they made for us was as good if not better than the way it sounds on the menu. They arrived early and were so friendly right off the bat it felt like we had worked with them for years. And their staff was incredibly professional, friendly and kept the guests happy and fed all night. Adam and another staff member even stayed passed time to see if they could help clean after the event was over. We will 100% be using Sidecar for any event that we can moving forward and if you are lucky enough to book them for an event, you can rest easy knowing it is going to be done to the highest caliber.
