The owner, George, and the head chef, went out of their way to make sure we had our Haitian Pork and Rice for our wedding, which was a really meaningful thing for us to incorporate into our wedding. Our wedding was the first time that many of my family members got to try Haitian food and experience a little bit of my husband's Haitian culture. The food was absolutely incredible and we are still receiving wonderful reviews of the food. “Douglas K Catering did my wedding in March 2024. Food for 65 people. We did a buffet of about 6 small plate items, and 1 one main dish, all in chafing dishes. It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The staff was great, both in ordering everything, and in delivering to the event venue and staffing it with 2 very professional servers. We were so happy with everything they did! And the chicken and waffles dish was the Best!!“

It’s absolutely phenomenal. They recently stared doing smash burgers and holy mother of knocked it out the park! Wish they had longer hours, but it’s easy to order ahead and just pick it up. There’s also a cute seating area nearby, some picnic tables and lights. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area. The kids meals are perfect, my kids are all burritos children. “Yesterday, 2-11-2021, we attended a Broker's event for a new construction development on the beach in Delray Beach, Florida. We have never heard of this catering company before but the food looked delicious. My husband and I tried everything on the menu...several times! The display of food was gorgeous and mouthwatering. They had exquisite and delectable food: mini lobster rolls (yes, real lobster!), shrimp cocktail, ceviche, pasta with pesto sauce, elegant ham, roast beef, and turkey croissants, quinoa with raspberries and orange (I think, not sure, but delish), homemade ice cream, key lime pie dessert, and much more. The food was soooooo good and the presentation super cute. The staff was very friendly and diligent, but what impressed us the most, was that the owner of the catering company, "Hollywood", was going around the party meeting the attendees to make sure everything was ok with the food and everyone was happy with it. We were telling him how delicious the food was and my husband mentioned the mini lobster rolls. A lady that we know that was chatting with us heard mini lobster rolls, and said that she did not try one yet. Well, Hollywood made a call to his staff, and within 2 minutes his staff brought a whole tray full of mini lobster rolls to our chairs. Telling you that this man knows about customer service is an understatement. Wow! What service. Finding a catering company that has delicious food is one thing, but finding the whole package, were the staff is awesome, AND the owner hands on and on top of things so that attendees are super happy is a completely different thing. But I'm there every week - so much to say. 1) If you want a traditional butcher, who knows how to clean, cut and recommend meat, then save your peace of mind and money. Ditch the rest and go the Doris. 2) I'm from Europe and gave up on finding a good butcher.....then I found Doris. I needed a lamb shoulder for Christmas. They cut, trimmed and gave me the best lamb roast I've ever had the luck to find. But it wasn't luck. They'll even tell you how to cook it. I went back got whole, leg and thing, split chicken breasts. Then I graduated to the freshly made Italian sausages, clams, and other sundry items. I genuinely enjoy shopping there. Yes, the queues for meat can be long. But that's only because those who know, go to Doris and the staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. For value, quality, exceptional customer service and a restaurant quality finish to all your meals, I cant find another store than bests them. I've stopped buying supermarket meat fish, baked goods and fruit/veg. For what I pay in publix and the rest of them, the quality just isn't there. Eat clean, eat healthy - go to Doris and stay out of the Dr's office. 10/10“
