“We have worked with Alexander events many times but yesterday was the first time I tasted their food as a vendor and I had to write a review to thank them for the decadent flavors of every side I tried like their sweet potatoes or the tender chicken francaise was flavorful and and tender. Not to mention the level of service their staff provided to the wedding guests and and the vendors. We had the pleasure to work with Austin and he made sure everything was on schedule and that everyone was taking care of. Awesome JOB!!!“

Gina is an excellent , thoughtful, well-trained chef and lovely person, brings flowers too. “Douglas K Catering did my wedding in March 2024. Food for 65 people. We did a buffet of about 6 small plate items, and 1 one main dish, all in chafing dishes. It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The staff was great, both in ordering everything, and in delivering to the event venue and staffing it with 2 very professional servers. We were so happy with everything they did! And the chicken and waffles dish was the Best!!“

We come from a home where food is very important to us and we usually have a hard time finding good quality food on vacations, but this time we were very happy with the quality, freshness, and taste of the food! Not to mention, the food came in a timely fashion and the service was exceptional! A few hours before the holiday started we realized we got one wrong dish and we called Kosher Cuisine and within minutes, hassle-free, the dish was on the way to our apartment. “We had such a wonderful meal at TooJay's in Plantation, and Alex made the experience even better. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked in at just the right times, and had such a positive attitude that it made our meal even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, and the service was truly topnotch. Alex is a fantastic server, and we'll definitely be coming back because of the great experience she provided. “Let me start by saying, I should've written this back in December 2024. But I'm there every week - so much to say. 1) If you want a traditional butcher, who knows how to clean, cut and recommend meat, then save your peace of mind and money. Ditch the rest and go the Doris. 2) I'm from Europe and gave up on finding a good butcher.....then I found Doris. I needed a lamb shoulder for Christmas. They cut, trimmed and gave me the best lamb roast I've ever had the luck to find. But it wasn't luck. They'll even tell you how to cook it. I went back got whole, leg and thing, split chicken breasts. Then I graduated to the freshly made Italian sausages, clams, and other sundry items. I genuinely enjoy shopping there. Yes, the queues for meat can be long. But that's only because those who know, go to Doris and the staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. For value, quality, exceptional customer service and a restaurant quality finish to all your meals, I cant find another store than bests them. I've stopped buying supermarket meat fish, baked goods and fruit/veg. For what I pay in publix and the rest of them, the quality just isn't there. Eat clean, eat healthy - go to Doris and stay out of the Dr's office. 10/10“

I met with Brad, and he made me feel so confident and relaxed during our first meeting that I knew everything would be under control. I didn't have any stress planning this wedding with Brad and everything seemed simple. As the days got closer, I met with Billy who would be in charge day of the wedding. My guests complimented how amazing Billy was and how quick he was to put water on any fire that would appear during the wedding day. Everyone was EXTREMELY happy with the service and of course the food. If I can do over my wedding again, I wouldn't change a thing. “Recently attended a very elegant wedding at the Terrace HWB, with gorgeous views of the beach. My family still raves about the food. We danced all night, with a fantastic DJ, as loud as we wanted, with no cares! The staff were very polite, and even helped us take some beautiful photos. Thank you for the memories!“

“Essence Caterers organized the food and drinks services for my wedding and I had an excellent experience. The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without problem. With my wife we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly. The bar service was also very good. I would work again with them for events based on the excellent quality and variety, the service, and above all their organizing abilities and willingness to help make any event a success. I think that for all this we got a great deal!! Paul and Josie were excellent! Thank you!!“
