“Hired Broward Catering for our wedding at Living Sculpture on 1/31/26 for catering and month of coordinator. We booked after attending a tasting event at their venue and everything was so delicious! Suzana and another young lady were there as month of coordinators and they were a godsend, making sure everything ran smoothly and that my husband and I were well fed on the day of. Communication leading up to that day was easy and always friendly. Most importantly all our guests raved about the delicious food and drinks! Thank you, Broward Catering for helping make our day unforgettable.“
“I have used chef post for both special occasions and meal prepping.
I have used 4 chefs and all have been great. The meals are delicious and they clean up for you as well. Be clear about your special likes and dislikes and they will follow suit.
Also the booking staff is excellent and so attentive.
Meal prepping is honestly one of the easiest and best ways to start the week! Especially when it’s off your plate“
“We have worked with Alexander events many times but yesterday was the first time I tasted their food as a vendor and I had to write a review to thank them for the decadent flavors of every side I tried like their sweet potatoes or the tender chicken francaise was flavorful and and tender. Not to mention the level of service their staff provided to the wedding guests and and the vendors. We had the pleasure to work with Austin and he made sure everything was on schedule and that everyone was taking care of. Awesome JOB!!!“

“Douglas K Catering did my wedding in March 2024. Food for 65 people. We did a buffet of about 6 small plate items, and 1 one main dish, all in chafing dishes. It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The staff was great, both in ordering everything, and in delivering to the event venue and staffing it with 2 very professional servers. We were so happy with everything they did! And the chicken and waffles dish was the Best!!“

“I highly recommend Kosher Cuisine to anyone coming to miami looking for quality food! We come from a home where food is very important to us and we usually have a hard time finding good quality food on vacations, but this time we were very happy with the quality, freshness, and taste of the food! Not to mention, the food came in a timely fashion and the service was exceptional! A few hours before the holiday started we realized we got one wrong dish and we called Kosher Cuisine and within minutes, hassle-free, the dish was on the way to our apartment. You can tell that everything ran smoothly and they were very organized. I would without-a-doubt order again on my next trip!“

On top of that, the inspector on the day of my inspection was super nice and efficient, and my license was approved in just a few days. The kitchen tour gave me total confidence, the vibe with the other vendors sharing the space is great, and having access to the only blast freezer in Miami is invaluable for my pavlovas. Highly recommend this space.“

“We had such a wonderful meal at TooJay's in Plantation, and Alex made the experience even better. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. “Let me start by saying, I should've written this back in December 2024. But I'm there every week - so much to say. 1) If you want a traditional butcher, who knows how to clean, cut and recommend meat, then save your peace of mind and money. Ditch the rest and go the Doris. 2) I'm from Europe and gave up on finding a good butcher.....then I found Doris. I needed a lamb shoulder for Christmas. They cut, trimmed and gave me the best lamb roast I've ever had the luck to find. But it wasn't luck. They'll even tell you how to cook it. I went back got whole, leg and thing, split chicken breasts. Then I graduated to the freshly made Italian sausages, clams, and other sundry items. I genuinely enjoy shopping there. Yes, the queues for meat can be long. But that's only because those who know, go to Doris and the staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. For value, quality, exceptional customer service and a restaurant quality finish to all your meals, I cant find another store than bests them. I've stopped buying supermarket meat fish, baked goods and fruit/veg. For what I pay in publix and the rest of them, the quality just isn't there. Eat clean, eat healthy - go to Doris and stay out of the Dr's office. 10/10“

“Essence Caterers organized the food and drinks services for my wedding and I had an excellent experience. The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without problem. With my wife we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly. The bar service was also very good. I would work again with them for events based on the excellent quality and variety, the service, and above all their organizing abilities and willingness to help make any event a success. I think that for all this we got a great deal!! Paul and Josie were excellent! Thank you!!“
