“I found the Pork O’ Rican food truck at the Coral Springs Oktoberfest fest. My family is Puerto Rican, so I had to try some of their food. Their empanadas and bacalaitos were just like what I would have when my grandmother would come to visit! She is known for her cooking and their food was phenomenal! I can’t wait to find them at another event to try more.“

“Listen if you enjoy rocking barbecue the southern style made fresh with love and pride don’t pass these delicious entrees,wether it’s a rib sandwich or brisket ,or the barbecue chicken is to die for and all the sides also just, perfect and I’ve known Moby Rick for over 40years and I’m not just laying it down because of the friendship that’s obvious but.when it comes to his cuisine A+!….. so if you haven’t yet make sure ya do!
