The service and delivery are horrible. We were never delivered despite what the application said. We were on site they hadn't even prepared our order despite what the application said. Result we came back with cold pizzas that we had not chosen at all. 1 hour of waiting for a Hawaiian cold pizza

I called to inquire about my delivery order and the woman on the phone hung up on me. The delivery was confirmed delivered on uber eats 30 minutes before I called and there is no delivery present. The worker did not explain to me what was going on, she refused to check in with the driver to confirm if everything is okay, she just hung up on me. Poor customer service. She sounds Haitian. I'm disappointed

If I could give 0 stars I would have been waiting over 2 hours for one medium pizza to be delivered have called over and over again and keep being ignored this place should be shut down and or evaluated

Unfortunately, my experience at this Domino’s was very disappointing. My order showed as “ready” in the app for over 30 minutes before it was actually available, and when I asked about a refund, the employee at the counter was dismissive and unhelpful. She appeared frustrated with customers and even made an odd comment about not being able to speak to people “because of the ADA,” which was confusing and unprofessional. I’ve always enjoyed Domino’s in the past, but this location definitely needs better customer service and management oversight. Also no one was using gloves to prepare the food absolutely disgusting. I don’t care how many times you wash your hands your nails hold bacteria. Just ewww such a health hazard.
If you want to wait for an hour or more for a cold pizza because the people working inside are incompetent and can't figure out how to take them from oven and get them to the people in the store or delivery on time then you have come to the right place. They are rude and hopefully the franchise owner gets to see the reviews and can learn that he needs to look for better people who can do their job better than these folks.

Tried to order to my hotel. The drive swears they brought it to my room but I was in the room the whole time and it was never delivered. Contacted the store and they were rude and refused to refund the order. The driver in this case stole 30 bucks worth of pizza.

Literally order from any other dominos and you more than likely will have no issues. I live 5 minutes away from this location and i can’t tell you how many of my pizzas get cancelled because they’re lazy and don’t wanna deliver, then when you’re order is over an hour late you get yelled at by staff on the phone when trying to figure things out. drivers don’t call with your order half the time. very TERRIBLE location, I have another dominos by my job and they absolutely beat the crap out of this location every time! can’t wait to move away and never have to deal with you people ever again!!!!!!
