When I called the first time I was hung up on, fourth call and I asked for a manager they stated the manager was busy, and said they would call me back. They never called back. Don’t buy from this store.

They did not deliver my pizza and refused to refund the order, even when the tracker clearly shows the driver never even went in my neighborhood and marked the order as delivered at the store. That's just the last straw. Every single bad review here is real because they have also happened to me. This has been going in for years now. This location needs to be shut down.

2 ladies inside paid me no attention at all for the 1st 5 minutes standing at the register with my son. Then shrugged shoulders and popped an attitude as soon as I said I need to place a order. Place should be knocked down!! The Hatian lady is on her phone talking like there's a fire up in there. Spitting on everyone's food. Very sloppy indeed.

Do not go to this location. Starting with the management they are horrible and have no actual respect. They will tell you they have no corporate numbers and will scream at you to call your bank if they have to even think about a refund. They will accept orders and not deliver the food. The food will be disgusting if you actually receive it. The GM Jean is a joke as this is the person that said there is no corporate numbers. Contact Domino’s on Twitter they will actually be helpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You have been warned.

Horrible Service, Inedible Food, and Disrespectful Staff
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with this Domino's location. After placing my order at 12:30 AM, I waited over an hour for delivery. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, improperly cut, and completely inedible.
I attempted to contact the store three times by phone, but no one answered. Left with no other option, I had to drive to the store at 1:45 AM to address the issue in person. When I arrived, Amanda, who was on shift at the time, was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. Rather than offering a resolution, I was treated with disrespect and made to feel unheard and degraded. Amanda cussed at me and blamed it on the dominos robot system...
This level of service is appalling. Customers deserve better than being ignored and treated this poorly—especially after already receiving substandard food.
I will be speaking with the shift leader about this situation and expect this to be addressed immediately. Amanda’s behavior and the lack of professionalism at this location need to change. I hope management and the store owner take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure no one else experiences this level of frustration and disrespect.

One of the lowest rating Dominos in the state. Great job management (being sarcastic).
It’s mind blowing how difficult they make it seem to come and delivery the correct order. Besides missing small stuff like an extra ranch cup. They forget actual items that ARE ON THE TICKET.
Then when you call to let them know they didn’t bring everything. They don’t even call to update you. They sneakily drop it off and not let you know they have brought the remaining food. So I either gotta be checking every second which you did for the first 20 min. Then I just gave up.
I use to deliver for dominos in a different state. Yall have no excuses at all for being this sloppy.
