Been standing in line for 10 minutes and they haven't taken a single persons order! Understaffed, and slow!!! Florida Turnpike Service Plaza needs to step up their game because this is unacceptable for people looking for coffee on a road trip. Then after 15 minutes of waiting they didn't even have decaf coffee.

If I could give zero stars I would. The two that were working at 4:30am on 2/3/25 are the rudest I’ve dealt with at this location. Ordered a coffee and the lady started to make it before I could finish my order. Once the guy in front of me paid I was next at the register and wanted to finish my order the lady said something to the guy who then told me I didn’t have to wait till the last minute to order food. Won’t go back to this location again.

If I could give 0 stars I would all I needed is coffee, I am not computer savvy and told the manager I have a reading problem, and she insisted I use a computer, I asked can I talk to the computer like how I am typing this and she said no . And said she had people waiting 45 mins for their orders , all I needed was a coffee no consideration for the handicap, it was embarrassing to tell her I can’t read and her line of people heard me !! I am appalled !!!! I walked out with out my coffee ! Thank you DD !

People on l the highway trying to go to work. Theres one employee. You have put in your own order. I'm literally writing this entire view standing in line waiting to go to a kiosk to put in my own order. Well there's one person need something to service a line of 20 people.

Don’t bother stopping at this location at night for anything other than coffee and donuts. That’s exactly what I was told when trying to place an order. Not sure if that’s their regular procedure at night. I did read another review stating the same. Plus the server there definitely had no customer service skills. Very unpleasant. Hope this review helps someone not waste their time going there at night and hoping to place their order with the exception of coffe and donuts.

What a terrible service, two women serving at dawn 2 30 to be exact and the attention deplorable, what a lack of empathy, when serving my coffee they put their hand in to grab the glass, how disgusting, they got upset, I made them change the glass, they didn't serve me I had to do it through the machine and after I paid he told me where could I see the donuts if there weren't any. Please give these people training to be able to serve customers.

It was very unpleasant to travel with my pregnant wife craving “wake-up wraps”all the way from Sunrise bc at that time this was the single open location, and to have Paris D, giving me attitude and watching TikTok, scratching her braids to tell me : “ that’s it at this time coffee and donuts…here we are ”!
On the google maps it said location open 24 hours, not open just for coffee and donuts!
Such behavior I’m pretty sure don’t fit the customer service protocol!

Very bad service rude plus ignore customer

Google says open 24 hours. At 11:55 was told they were closed....dont recommended trying it. They are likely closed.

Hash browns 6 tiny tater rounds $1.99
Asked for extra cheese on sausage wrap. Which is usually and understandably 50 cents more. When the total was unusually high I said something wasn’t right. That’s when she said she had to add $2.00 for extra cheese. Whattt the wrap is $3.53 !!! I was like skip the extra cheese. Shady All with an attitude. Pass on this place.

Misleading advertisement, I went to this location and at 1:50am. No one was there to assist me at all. The only reason I went to the rest stop was because of the 24hr. business hour advertisement.
