This is our go to breakfast spot! This Dunkin has great friendly service, takes accurate orders, and the drive-thru line moves quickly. They honor the app rewards as well. Donuts always taste fresh in the am. We are always happy eating here.

I waited 5 minutes with no one saying anything at the speaker box. They signaled for me to go to the drive thru. So I went back in line with, again, NO ONE RESPONDING.

Upon walking into Dunkin’ Donuts I heard a manager name Patricia Yelling at an employee behind the counter today . And as a customer and a manager of a business, that serve coffee, I don’t think you want someone in your business running your business like that that’s talking to their employee that helps your business to run.

Worst DD I have ever been to. Staff is rude and the food was not up to standards. Hash browns were smooshy and not hot and not crispy. I am in the area for a month and gave this place 2 chances. First time they were out of whip cream, hash browns, hazelnut etc. This was a Saturday mid morning...terrible. Both times I had my pup. First time no whip cream for a pup cup. 2nd time the idiot actually had the audacity to say we don't do that. First time I have ever been told that. Will drive the extra few blocks to the Sbux from now on. Dunkin corporate may want to pay attention here. Geez

I walked in to get my mobile order. I was the only one there standing at the pickup counter. I could see my order which was behind the mobile order pick up Slots.I was invisible to all of the employees (4 plus a manager). 3 employees came up to where I was s standing to add items or to take orders the orders that were completed to the drive up window. Not one made eye contact with me.I should not have to ask for my completed order that I could see waiting for me.After 5 minutes of waiting to be noticed I just reached over the counter and took it.Pretty sad.

The lady at drive thru window was so rude on Wednesday 15 at 5pm. Due to heavy rain and floods some reason my window didn’t operated to slide down so I had to step out just to show my take out order and she refused to check and speak on and she just turn her back and tells me to leave the window and she says not to come back to Dunkin’s here.. and then she gives my order and says if I don’t like it don’t take it.. I mean what is this…? Very rude and unprofessional.this is my first experience in years never came across this type of staff.

It says open, but if you want to go and sit down and eat, they tell you the drive-through is open only even though the hours are clearly stated here in Google. I guess it’s too much to ask to sit down and have a sandwich and a coffee.
Only place I’ve ever seen that when somebody doesn’t come to work they decide to lock the front door and don’t let anybody in. How the hell do you stay in business with these ghetto people working there I’ll never know. See ya later

I am so surprised to see so many low stars for this Dunkin donut store. This is the second time I have visited this location and I am disappointed that I didn't take any pictures of how nice the inside is. The restaurant is in the Publix shopping center on McNab Road in Pompano Beach.I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant server behind the counter. I ordered a very healthy avocado spread toast with a latte. All of the tables were very clean. The temperature inside of the restaurant was very comfortable, considering it is extremely hot outside. The latte was hot and delicious as well as the avocado toast. All of the Dunkin' Donuts are must go to because they have an app that you can put on your phone that you can order ahead and have your meal ready to pick up at the counter. I have used it several times and it is wonderful, especially in the morning when you don't have much time and you don't have to wait in line to get your food. I was very pleased with this location and I hope other people will be too.

This should be 3 stars as I really do like their decaf iced coffee. However, the service is so perfunctory here that you'd barely call it service. No greeting, no thank you, no come back again. And just the facts ma'am. No conversation at all except: hot or cold? And they were not busy in the slightest with 3 staffers working at once. If you need the restrooms, these are locked. The one marked men is for "guests" and the other one is for employees. We were told we needed to request a key from the gal working the drive through. We walked down to that end of the counter, and she walked away... Took us a few minutes to stand there waiting. Luckily it wasn't a real emergency. They then escort you to the bathroom to open the door. This was very strange. Oh well. Now we know. At least we got our coffee correctly.

Online Menu offers different kind of "milk", I choose coconut. At the window I receive coffe without any milk. I kindly reminded and the girl call the manager and they add a shot of coconut flavor. The employee with an aptitude try to start an argument telling me that it was what I order. I simply choose it from the milk options....Not in a mood to Bring my Karen out for a little thing... just want a shot of milk in my coffee..sorryDietary restrictions: Apparently someone wasn't familiar with the menu that DD offers ?
