I am so surprised to see so many low stars for this Dunkin donut store. This is the second time I have visited this location and I am disappointed that I didn't take any pictures of how nice the inside is. The restaurant is in the Publix shopping center on McNab Road in Pompano Beach.I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant server behind the counter. This should be 3 stars as I really do like their decaf iced coffee. However, the service is so perfunctory here that you'd barely call it service. No greeting, no thank you, no come back again. And just the facts ma'am. No conversation at all except: hot or cold? And they were not busy in the slightest with 3 staffers working at once. If you need the restrooms, these are locked. This is our go to breakfast spot! This Dunkin has great friendly service, takes accurate orders, and the drive-thru line moves quickly. They honor the app rewards as well. Donuts always taste fresh in the am. We are always happy eating here.
