I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this location really needs to improve its customer service. The staff working today came across as if they didn’t want to be there. There was no greeting, no friendliness, and the overall attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming.

Very yummy, nice and quick and very comfortable

The staff is fast, efficient, and friendly, with a warm greeting upon entry. The avocado spread toast and lattes are delicious, and the donuts are always fresh in the morning. This location honors app rewards and offers a convenient ordering system through their app.
The service here is great, and the manager treats the employees with respect, which makes them more comfortable. Customers can try their best to get a particular employee to make their order, as the food and drinks, especially the frozen drinks and lattes, are excellent. The bathrooms may be temporarily out of order, but there are other nearby places available.
