We are from Montréal and visiting Florida. We came to visit this shop and we are so happy we did. We met the owners son, who is so sweet and patient. We tried the ricotta, fior di latte and burrata. All FANTASTIC. Will definitely be back the next time we’re in Florida. Thank you!

Amazing mozzarella factory in Pompano Beach.
Owners runs it and make the best burrata and mozzarella products I’ve ever tasted in USA. They sell wholesale but also have a small store where you can buy truffle products, pasta, olive oil, etc
