Amazing mozzarella factory in Pompano Beach.
Owners runs it and make the best burrata and mozzarella products I’ve ever tasted in USA. They sell wholesale but also have a small store where you can buy truffle products, pasta, olive oil, etc

My father is 85 years old. We live in Canada. Whenever anyone would come from Puglia (the region he’s from) he would get them to bring back a special cheese. It has been years since he’s had it. While travelling in Florida I found Mozzarita. After some research I found out the owner was from the same region. I went to visit as a long shot and sure enough he makes this special cheese.
I brought it home and my old Papa was so happy it was like I brought him some gold....
