Matt, the owner, was quite hospitable. He is super knowledgeable about beer and brewing. What a unique beer experience. I loved the barrels being aged right in front of the bar. The Merken was my favorite.

I had no idea about this pompano gem, a very cute brewery where the owner is serving you beer of his own brewing. Simple and slick style, modest prices for great draft and pretty unique bottled beer. The magical touch is that the place has the vibe that you are bringing.

The experience we had at @oddbreedwildales was beyond anything we expected. --The first thing we loved right off the bat was the brewer is on premise serving you. With that being said, Matt (the brewer) was so passionate about the way his beer is being brewed and also about his career in the brewing industry. He told us his background but not only that he gave us an insight to how the brewing industry works not only in Florida but all around the world. --This wasn't any normal brewery experience; we got to drink some of the best beers we've ever had while simultaneously getting a documentary on the brewery and brewer. -- 10/10 recommend stopping in here if you're in Pompano Beach. The beers are fantastic and unique and the passion Matt exemplifies makes the experience so much better. --Cheers!

One of the best breweries in Florida and best wild ale producers in the US period. I dont want to disparage other reviewers, but if you're looking for TVs with mediocre bar-food and mediocre beer there are about 25 other places to get that. If you're looking for excellently crafted wild ales created by someone who knows what theyre doing, this is your spot.

I think this is the only brewery of it's kind in the whole state. They make great sour beer the correct way. 5 stars is not enough stars for this effort.

I love spontaneously fermemted beers and this place has loads of them. Best beer I had in the area.

If you’re into high quality beers that take a lot of time and passion to make, Odd Breed is a Must. Definitely one of the best and most unique breweries in Florida, and the entire U.S. The taproom is spotless and comfy. Matt and his team are always on point with service and recommendations. Thanks to Matt’s fascinating and extensive background in brewing, it’s crazy we can get this quality of wild ales here in South Florida! If you aren’t into wild ales: 1) they have a solid selection of various styles in bottle and a couple rotating taps, and 2) wild ales can take getting used to - learn about how each beer is crafted (ask the staff!), give them a couple tries…and you might find yourself coming back for more.

Great selection of in-house wild yeast and farmhouse beers and a wide selection of bottled and canned beers. Friendly social vibe.

They have an interesting selection that changes weekly. I especially loved the ambiance and the staff were just outstanding at explaining how the beers were made. Willie in particular made me feel so welcome and as a new comer to the brewery experience he really showed me around and made me feel welcome and educated in beer tasting.
