I had no idea about this pompano gem, a very cute brewery where the owner is serving you beer of his own brewing. Simple and slick style, modest prices for great draft and pretty unique bottled beer. The magical touch is that the place has the vibe that you are bringing.
The experience we had at @oddbreedwildales was beyond anything we expected. --The first thing we loved right off the bat was the brewer is on premise serving you. With that being said, Matt (the brewer) was so passionate about the way his beer is being brewed and also about his career in the brewing industry. Matt, the owner, was quite hospitable. He is super knowledgeable about beer and brewing. What a unique beer experience. I loved the barrels being aged right in front of the bar. The Merken was my favorite.
