Service not great, good not really good for Pollo. I love their food at other locations. Not a great atmosphere but they did let me sleep at the table when i collapsed from exhaustion

Yuma is the definition of Customer service. She's always helpful and does her job with a smile. Please promote her or pay her more or give her as many hours as she wants.

This is my favorite location to go to because of Yuma!

Since I been coming back here for lunch, I like the way the new manager and staff works with each other and help the customers when needed. I love the new staff here. The place is clean and quite.
