So I just left Wendy’s. I have to say PAY MO MO whatever she wants. She’s exactly what great customer service is. Literally went above and beyond for me and a straight grinder. Future manager in the making
We came here for two 6$ biggie bags asked for both bacon sandwiches plain and upgrade regular fries to baconator fries. How is it you guys don’t have customers waiting in/outside, yall are irresponsive in the drive-thru, and when its time for the food to get here it was completely messed up. The first time when our order came food was missing and the baconator fries werent there, it took more than 5 minutes just for them to ring it up the right way...
