From the moment they arrived, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The food was the highlight of the event, leaving our guests raving about it long after the night ended. Typically, wedding food can be underwhelming, but YC Steak House Catering delivered a culinary experience that was truly unforgettable. Each dish was crafted to perfection, bursting with flavor, and presented beautifully. They played a massive part in making our special day perfect. Five stars aren't enough to express our gratitude! I can’t say enough great things about Stacey, Jorge and their team. Stacey is kind, energetic and is so easy to work with. She gave us so many great tips and suggestions for our wedding and would respond to any questions I had almost immediately. Fast forward to our wedding and let me tell you…all these 5-star reviews you’re reading are genuine! The food was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We received countless compliments on the bites during cocktail hour, the entrees, the side dishes, the mini desserts/churros and the cafecitos and cortaditos. A lot of our guests didn’t even know what a cafecito/cortadito was and I had some people tell me they were on their 4th cup! I’m pretty sure they flew home! My husband and I don’t eat to live, we live to eat, so having amazing food at our wedding was a non-negotiable. This is not a “buffet”, this is an EXPERIENCE and I would highly recommend YC Steakhouse to anyone planning a wedding or an event. Stacey and Jorge are amazing people who built an amazing business and you can tell that they truly love what they do.
