Excellent service and food! Best view of the beach! 10/10 experience
The food is always great here and so are the drinks but the service is always below average, which is upsetting considering the price. Every time I’ve been here I’ve had to chase down the server, and end up staying for way longer than expected. If you’re sitting outside be prepared for bugs as they do not have any misters or candles- it was so bad that we door dashed bug spray. I’ve given this place a couple chances because I think it has potential but I will not be back!
Such a great experience!! Dining, service, and atmosphere all 10/10.
Special shoutout to JOSHUA! He took our dining experience to the next level and made our night amazing! ! We can’t wait to return!
LOVE!!! Had a wonderful first dining experience here! Joshua was our server and he was GREAT!!! Fantastic food, VIEWS, and service! I can’t wait to come back!
Joshua was phenomenal! Beautiful views and AMAZING food!
My best friend and I had a reservation for Friday of Memorial Day weekend. The restaurant atmosphere was stunning. We sat outside with a beautiful view of the beach. We were celebrating my recovery from breast cancer so I was so excited to take her there since she traveled from New Jersey! Anyway, the menu was a fall menu??? We went there for the seafood tower that we saw on their online menu. They no longer have it, in fact we were told it was discontinued a year ago???? Drinks and Apps were delish. I got the salmon, and it was decent at best. My friend got scallops (3 small) for $46 and they were meh. She cut each of them to make it look like more so she could live with the fact that she paid $46 for it! We also waited 40 minutes for our entree. Anyway, I’m super bummed by this experience because I have been here one other time and it was terrific. A fall menu on Memorial Day weekend makes zero sense. We were so very excited to go here and we had a better meal at Hawkers the following night.
Upon arrival with reservations for 8:45pm . We were met with the hostess that said that we would have to wait for a table to open up. Which that was fine but we had to wait over 10+ minutes to get seated. When seated we got menus and some water. The server then went ghost for like 10 minutes . By then we were hungry so when she came back we ordered an appetizer , and entrees. I asked about the coastal Mac and cheese and if it was seasoned. She replied and says “it’s seasoned with the panko bread crumbs and shrimp”. That’s not seasoning at all. I ordered it anyways though giving it the benefit of the doubt . Then this is where things go south , our server goes ghost for over 20 minutes . I believe it was exactly like 30-35 minutes . Finally after the wait we got the Mac and cheese and it was not blazing hot instead it was kind of cold. I tried a few bites of it and I thought it was extremely nasty. The person I was with thought it was okay, but he finished it because he was hungry and we didn’t get our entrees yet. Then we finally get our entrees and we see our server , she apologized for the wait and said it was because “ a graduation party got seated before us”. At that point I wanted the check and box to leave . The nice thing I will say is that the view is really pretty but I will not be going back. For food being the way it’s priced service should be better . Regardless of a graduation party being seated before us , that could’ve been said beforehand and refills of drinks or checking in with waiting customers would have helped but we got none of that
1912 has one of the best views in the area — but you're better off enjoying it from the rooftop bar rather than the dining room.
Ordered the Coastal Mac and Cheese (tasty, but more of a side to a main than a starter), the Aguachile, and the Duck Confit.
Unfortunately, service was slow and disorganized. Cocktails took nearly 20 minutes to arrive, appetizers were served without utensils (which took another 10–15 minutes to get), and the duck was overcooked, dry, and lacked seasoning — it tasted like a reheated roast and was sent back after just a couple bites.
I had high expectations but left seriously disappointed. Stick to the drinks and the view.
Celebrated my birthday here, my first experience! Josh our server was amazing!! Views were gorgeous and food was incredible! Will definitely be back!
Our group enjoyed a fabulous social evening at 1912. The weather forced us off the roof top but the staff quickly shifted gears (thank you Aja!) and set us up on the second floor. Our appetizers were delicious, the wine was great and the staff was outstanding. Some of us stayed for dinner after. Alyssa was an incredible waitress and Nika entertained us every time she served the food from the kitchen. What a fun night and phenomenal atmosphere. We all said we will be back!

Had a fabulous dinner here, beach front with a beautiful view and even better service.
Mixed drinks were awful. Service was just as bad. Staff had no sense of urgency. Only reason to go here is the rooftop view. It's a shame that one can get better service and drinks in the local dive bars. Place could be awesome if they had a staff that truly cared.

Packed bar and restaurant with one bartender. It’s not her fault, but the experience tonight was not at all as expected from our favorite hidden treasure.

This place has a lot of work to do. First, we get three of our four meals. My steak was about ten minutes later. My wife’s sides were simply cold and took about twenty minutes to replace. Steaks were quite good but again, sides had issues. Server decided she should spend some quality time getting to know the next table so rather than follow up with us and see what was goin wrong she simply stood by them and schmoozed. Order an unsweet tea with no lemon. Get a sweet tea with lemon slices. Ask for ketchup from server and wait seven minutes for it. Just not that hard these things they do wrong. Once the place fills up the lack of any acoustic dampening makes normal conversation next to impossible. Nice view of ocean. One assistant chef spent about 15 minutes talking to the woman at another table. Maybe if she has found her away back to kitchen we wouldn’t have had to wait for things so long. Seemingly no manager in restaurant. Highly unlikely to go back.
