My family and I had been going here pretty much every Sunday while my grandfather was alive, he loved it. Caroline just about always waited on us and all of us adored her, she’s the best waitress we’ve ever had anywhere. He hadn’t been doing so well and then back in 2023, he had a pretty bad stroke, ended up in the hospital, and we knew he didn’t have much longer. My brother’s girlfriend had called the restaurant to let know what happened and Caroline got out regular order together and delivered it herself to the hospital, unbeknownst to any of us until she showed up, food in hand. It was so unbelievably special and meant so much to all of us. My grandfather passed shortly after and all of us find it difficult to go back, but we will never forget Caroline and what she did for just a couple of regular customers.

I ordered online the spaghetti dinner. The picture shows a great big meatball. When I got home with my order there was only spaghetti. I called to ask why I didn't get the meatball and was told I didn't order it by a very rude and untrained employee. Why would I have to order it separately if that's the way it's shown on the menu. Absolutely unheard of and my family will not be a return customer.

We enjoyed our dinner here very much. Ordered a couple pizzas with an appetizer and were pleasantly full for the night. Would definitely return.

BLT Pizza is amazing. Well, it used to be now it just falls into the box, but the cheese on crust was on point. Used to love this place. 😕

Large pizza with 2 toppings and a small pizza $60. Toppings were very sparse. Some slices didn’t even have pepperoni on them. Disappointing as Al’s is a favorite. Hopefully just an off night…

I’ve been going to Al’s Pizza in Ponte Vedra Beach for about 10 years. I always feel very welcomed when I arrive. The manager, Caroline, is always cheerful, chats with me and checks back to make sure my food order came out perfectly. I love being served by Jason, Erin and Shae — they all know me by name and make me feel very comfortable as I’m usually there by myself. Dell knows exactly how I like my slice of veggie pizza to be prepared and sometimes he will serve it to me. What a great crew! I highly recommend this location.
