Brynn was so so sweet! We came at closing time and she offered to keep the store open for us to get ice cream!! The ice cream was excellent!!

The shop is super cute but the price is outrageous for what you get. The kid-size cup had three tablespoonfuls of ice cream and it was the same price as a half-gallon at Publix. Either fill the cup more or charge less!
The man working there was very nice, so I brang my baseball friends to get ice cream. He was very thankful.

With all the ice cream shops in Jacksonville “The SweetSpot” is the overall best of them, Hershey’s Ice Cream just can’t be beat. We bring our Grand Daughter there almost daily…we love it…

Second visit and at first appearance we noticed the entrance is filthy. Sidewalk covered with spilled ice cream. Tables and chairs all covered in mildew. Not very inviting. Inside was bright and clean. Ice cream price a bit high, $5 a child's scoop and the ice cream had frozen crystals like it wasn't all that fresh. Staff not unfriendly but not super friendly either and we were the only guests. Hope the front gets cleaned up.
