Not very crowded. But waited 30+ minutes for food. My friends wings were cooked well. My chicken and fries were COLD to the touch and first bite!!!! Tried so hard to get the attention of the hostess or our waitress to no avail. Then I just took my whole tray to the bar and asked to see the manager. The women behind the bar told me she was the manager so I explained and she took my tray. Stating she would take care of it. Another 30+ minutes before I received my meal. My friend already completed his meal and received his wing reorder before I even got to receive mine!!! II visit Dicks Wings in St. Augustine and never have a problem! I won't go back. Not even an apology for my inconvenience.

Had a great experience at this location, food was great prepared just as I ordered it. My server was very friendly and she kept my drink filled throughout my meal. I will definitely be back.

The wings are getting smaller and smaller! I use to love it at Dicks Wings but compared to other restaurants in the area that serve wings theirs are the smallest. And, you should include fries! Not charge extra! The service is always good but the quality of the wings is slipping!

This has been our regular Monday night hangout for the past year or so. We meet my daughter here most times because they live in Nocatee, so we have a group of anywhere between 3-6. We mainly come in for the 99 cent wings, happy hour apps and 1/2 price pitchers of beer. Tonight will be our last visit. When we ordered tonight - after all of these months of ordering the same things - we were told that wing orders of less than 10 were regular price. This is despite the fact that everyone in our party and on our check was ordering wings. So between 3 women we were forced to order 30 wings to get the 99 cent price. This has never happened before. Ever. On top of that - no sauce comes with the wings and you are charged 99 cents for a tiny cup of ranch or bleu cheese. Also, no one told us the ultra wasn’t included anymore in the $6 pitcher - so those were $12 too. Then the food came. 3 of us got boneless wings - which were good - but two of us got bone in and they were still pink in the middle. To round out our less than perfect evening, the checks were a total disaster. It should have been simple with two people on one side of the table and three on the other but somehow our checks got totally commingled. Our waitress did her best to try and sort it out but one of us still got charged for both appetizers. At that point we were so frustrated we didn’t even care. We just wanted to get out of there. It was hot and the music was so loud we could barely talk to each other. Our waitress was fine - I don’t want to speak negatively about her except that she told us “rules” that no other server has ever in the past. In the past we have been allowed to get two flavor wings in 5 quantity increments. Now all of the sudden - as in since last week - all the rules have changed. I don’t normally do reviews but I thought you might want to know why your regulars wont be back. Despite all the issues - pricing, raw food, messed up checks - not once did we ever see or speak to a manager. Shame, shame shame.

The bartender sat us down and we waited some time for our server to get our food and drink order. Very chill place and the food was pretty good. Wings were on the smaller side but a nice little place to have a few drinks, a meal, and watch a few games.

Wings were okay. Flavor was great. Wings were small and had quite a few broken bones.

was in yesterday for wings - was told wing special was different than advertised but ordered anyway - the wings were the smallest with not a lot of meat that I have ever seen. when I got the check, I was charged more than I had been told - was then the extra $ was for the ranch dressing that I was offered (didn't ask for) and didn't even use. Asked to speak to manager, was informed she would be out in a minute ...yet she never came. Server just kept walking by after the first time and never even acknowledged my wait. Finally just left.
BTW.... I don't appreciate being referred to as honey.

Nancy was the bomb.com. she was so sweet and just made me feel at home. The wings weren't great for mine but overall the service made it worth it. Thanks for being awesome

You pay a premium for the wings and get moastly skin and bones. The location has been open for over a decade and needs a renovation. The flavors are good but that's the only positive.

Disappointing Service and Poor Experience ⭐☆☆☆☆
I visited Dicks Wimgs with a party of four, hoping for a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, my experience was anything but. From the start, I felt overlooked by our waitress. While she took everyone's drink order, mine never arrived. I let it slide, assuming it was an honest mistake.
When our food came out, my dish was missing entirely. I waited patiently, hoping it would arrive soon, but after 20 minutes, I was still without my meal. Finally, when it did arrive, it was poorly prepared and unappetizing. I kindly returned it to another waitress, as I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.
The service felt deliberately dismissive, and the experience left me feeling truly disappointed. I would not recommend this establishment based on the lack of attention, care, and professionalism I encountered.

Me and my boyfriend had dinner yesterday and nancy was our server and she was awesome , she was very sweet and had excellent service. And she was very funny loved her personality!
