My order was messed up (which I later realized was my fault), but Candace took great care of me and helped me out (and quickly). I will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Candace and DD!

I’m writing this to tell you about the disgraceful way I was treated by the staff at this location.
After a lovely morning at the beach with my dogs, I placed an order using the app (as I have multiple times at multiple locations before) for this location, which is on the way home.
When I got there, the drive through was around the corner, so I walked inside. There was an older white lady taking another couple’s order, and 3 younger African American ladies completing orders and manning the drive through.
I went to the section for call in orders and didn’t see mine – so I stood between that area and the register and waited. None of the 3 younger ladies offered to serve me for over 5 minutes while I just stood there (the lady at the register was still helping the couple with a long/complicated order).
So, I said, “Excuse me, I called in an order, Ken, #844?” …..no response….said excuse me again, no response, finally a 3rd time the younger employee in the rainbow glasses said, “What’s the name?” To which I replied, “Ken, order #844”.
The employee then asked me in a condescending tone, “What’s the last name” To which I replied, “Why is that relevant?” (again, used the app and ordered countless times, NEVER asked this, and was generally perplexed) To which she replied in even a ruder tone, “Because I have 2 Kens” (shouldn’t the order number have differentiated this? but I told her…..)
At which point she said, “We Don’t have your order” – So I said,” I have an order number right here” To which the employee in the purple glasses chimed in “You need to relax and watch your tone, someone else took your order”. To which I replied, “I need to watch my tone because of your incompetence?”
Then it turned into a full-blown Jerry Springer episode.
The employee in Purple glasses began SCREAMING at me “You will not disrespect me!!!!” multiple times, to which I replied, “I’ll respect you when you get my order right” She lunged at me over the counter and was going to walk through the door to physically assault me, but was restrained by the employee in the rainbow glasses.
The employee in the rainbow glasses then said “You need to leave, we’re not serving you” .
I said, “Fine, either give me my order or give me my money back” and held up the confirmation on my phone for them to see. I repeated this multiple times, while all 3 African American employees began screaming at me, and threatened to call the police, to which I replied, “Please do” While all this was happening one of the 3 employees (did not see who) slapped my phone out of my hands.
This whole thing took about 10 minutes, so I walked out of the store to check on my dogs, who were in the car. (Thankfully it was still before 9AM and cool) At this point the employee (manager?) in the rainbow glasses locked the door and would not let me or any other customers inside.
We waited for the police, who said there was nothing they could do, and I’ll have to contact DD corporate for a refund. I don’t care about the $7….but I will let Dunkin’ corporate, the Better Business Bureau, the franchise owner, and anyone else who will listen know about the rude, condescending way I was treated by the staff at this location.

I come to this Dunkin’ about three times a week because I genuinely want to like it—but I’m constantly disappointed. The service and quality just aren’t where they should be, and it feels like the problems go beyond just one shift or day.

There’s almost always a long wait at both the ordering and pickup windows in the drive-thru. On top of that, my order is incorrect more often than not. I usually just get a simple iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar, and even that gets messed up regularly.

Recently, I ordered an egg and cheese bagel and was given a bacon, egg, and cheese on the wrong type of bagel entirely. It’s frustrating. I love Dunkin’ and I want this location to succeed, but something needs to change—especially at a management level.

On a recent Sunday morning at 8:30, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told they were already out of cheese. How does that even happen so early in the day? They’re also almost always out of sesame bagels, which is incredibly disappointing.

Please, Dunkin’—do better. This location needs serious attention.

I have the best experience every day I come! I literally get coffee here everyday! The staff and management are top notch! Chefs kiss! They are always so friendly and welcoming. They know their customers by name and go the extra mile to make sure everyone is satisfied. This store by far is the BEST! Personally the coffee is just the add on, I love coming to see how my team is doing! They are just fantastic. I really could just go on and on! I love them! ❤️

Sloooooooooooow. If you’re in any kind of a hurry, bypass this location. They bring new meaning to the word slow. Painfully slow. Ridiculously slow. Unnecessarily slow. But if sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes is your thing, then you’ll love this place.

This was the first good experience I’ve had at Dunkin, usually no one speaks to me when I come in for uber nor friendly. But today Britany and Candace were very friendly and kind, which was a first. Thank you to them both for making me feel seen at this Dunkin. Kudos to them, 5 stars just because of the experience today. Other times definitely wouldn’t earn a 5 star from me.

I’m not sure what happened to this Dunkin. I went this morning and ordered a coffee and donuts for my kids. After 15 minutes I checked in asking if my coffee was ready they had no idea what was happening and said they would make it. After 30 minutes of waiting I just left and never even got my coffee. There were flies flying around the donut box. I gave 2 stars because the workers were very kind, but they just seemed overwhelmed by the system and even what drinks or food they were making. One worker said I just tried to make this drink 3 times and made it wrong every time about a drive through order. You need to either give better training or hire more workers.

From reading other reviews, it sounds like the change in management is to blame for the precipitous decline in service. The last couple of times I went, this was my experience:

1. Ignored when I asked for a cup of tap water with ice, and then treated like a burden when I asked a second time, even though I had already ordered a latte too.

2. Told I have to pay for tap water, even though, like the last time, I had ordered coffee as well. And on this occasion, the employee gave me a lot of attitude, as if I was an idiot to think tap water is complimentary.

Sadly, it seems like this is becoming a trend around the country, based on videos I've seen of employees at other companies (Frontier Airlines, anyone?) wielding whatever power they have over customers, creating a horrible experience.

Even worse, when I sent in a complaint, I was told I would get a response and that I should send another email if I don't get one in two business days. No response, so I followed up. The latest email assured me I would hear from someone but it's been more than a week now so I decided to share what happened here.
