I mobile ordered my usual, coffee and egg bites. Waited over 20 minutes, I kid you not, in line, when I FINALLY got my food it was cold… I’ve been getting my coffee and such from this location for years, and over the last year this place and it’s service have deteriorated significantly.

I went through drive through and ordered an everything bagel, unsweetened tea and a vanilla creme doughnut. I received a sweet tea, a plain bagel and a iced plain doughnut. You people need to work on your listening skills!

Generally not someone who complains on an open forum because everyone is entitled to a grumpy morning. However, this has been my experience consistently and I will not be coming back. This drive thru has the rudest employees, they do not greet the customer, instead say “you can order” and when the order is incorrect are weirdly argumentative. Curious how many people have this same experience and continue to ignore it because of the convenient location?

Sharing my recent experience at this Dunkin. I came in and placed an order on the kiosk. I waited 10 min for someone to get my order. Had to go outside around the back to find an employee. When I told him that I had been waiting, he said he's taking care of it. He was not. I told him I already placed my order. He said its cool. Another unacceptable response. Finally got my order. But this is no way to treat customers.
