Highlight of my day was being told “ ok so for future reference you need to tell your order at speaker for mobile order and not just drive up to the window “ LMFAO. Mind you I always come here to get my order when placed for drive thru and I ALWAYS tell them my name when I arrive AT the speaker so the employees know I HAVE arrive, I’m not stupid 😂 on top of that, I did and someone who spoke over the speaker told me to pull to the window.

I have been to this location multiple multiple times because it’s near my work and every single order has been wrong, burnt or so hard I could not bite into it. They do so-so on the coffee drinks, but the food they cannot seem to get right. It’s wrong every single time I order it. I’m so disappointed in this location.

By far the best donuts I’ve had in a long time, frozen iced coffee Is amazing, 11/10 experience would recommend, Cassidy is such a wonderful worker and always cheerful.

You need to clean. The place is filthy and also missing chairs and lack of order. Don't want to eat in a dump. Really disappointing. Anyone cares? It is a recurring /constant issue.

I am so upset. My latte was so hot that it burned the s*** out of my mouth and hand was filled to the top, so I had to pour it out. no foam on it. So they must not not know how to steam milk or that it shouldn't go past one thirty. It's definitely not coffee. Because your coffee is never that warm. Our hot it's always luke warm. I am highly upset. I have to go to the hospital now for my burn. On my hand I tried to call the store.No one is picking up the phone.

Ran out of the hash brown brisket scramble, store replaced it with the less expensive loaded hash browns, which was a cup filled only halfway. Apparently, they only fill these with 9 hash browns, so we paid more for less

My family will never go here again. My wife pulled up to the drive thru window. The employee did not open the window. She gave my wife a hand signal to pull forward. So she did. Several minutes later, she went inside. The employee told her that she had her window wipers on and she didn't want to get wet. So she just waved my wife to move forward and park. Didnt care a bit. If I was an employee that cared even a little. I would have opened the window enough to remind my wife to turn off her wipers.

Sometimes the staff is very rude and incompetent, but other times the staff are the most understanding, caring people. It’s a hit or miss with this location. food os good, although bread for sandwiches are almost always hard.

Our service here was appalling. We ordered a dozen donuts and 3 large sweet teas at the drive thru. When we got our order, half of our donuts were wrong and all 3 sweet teas were unsweetened tea. When we were getting our order fixed we could hear the teenage employees laughing at the situation. You could also hear one of the employees constantly yelling “can someone read me the order”. Not only were they unprofessional but had the correct order written yet still managed to grab 6 donuts we did not order. The first dozen donuts we got made you wonder if they just grabbed donuts at random. They did fix our order in the end. In short, the service sucked.
