Frequently out of items and orders come out wrong.

My family will never go here again. My wife pulled up to the drive thru window. The employee did not open the window. She gave my wife a hand signal to pull forward. So she did. Several minutes later, she went inside. The employee told her that she had her window wipers on and she didn't want to get wet. So she just waved my wife to move forward and park. Didnt care a bit. If I was an employee that cared even a little. I would have opened the window enough to remind my wife to turn off her wipers.

Sometimes the staff is very rude and incompetent, but other times the staff are the most understanding, caring people. It’s a hit or miss with this location. food os good, although bread for sandwiches are almost always hard.

Our service here was appalling. We ordered a dozen donuts and 3 large sweet teas at the drive thru. When we got our order, half of our donuts were wrong and all 3 sweet teas were unsweetened tea. When we were getting our order fixed we could hear the teenage employees laughing at the situation. You could also hear one of the employees constantly yelling “can someone read me the order”. Not only were they unprofessional but had the correct order written yet still managed to grab 6 donuts we did not order. The first dozen donuts we got made you wonder if they just grabbed donuts at random. They did fix our order in the end. In short, the service sucked.

DD has always been my favorite! Kudos to the young people who work there, especially the ones who show up before 5am to open the place. As a customer, a little patience goes a long way in a busy Nocatee store, but the staff members always seem to stay cool in stressful situations.

The staff is always extremely nice and accommodating! I have seen some VERY rude customers and the staff always handles it well. It’s my favorite Dunkin to go to.

I find the in store experience okay except for the loud competing music and ads. Interferes with normal conversations. Just saying. ?

Always the place to stop and get a great pastry, donut, or other treat and good coffee

Bought half dozen assorted donuts and they tasted very odd except glazed plain which she got from different area...fresher? I think you are exposing donuts to lots of smells from bfast items etc ? Not sure but display donuts had odd flavor, cleaning vapors? Or cooking from other foods?

Ordered 1 iced coffee, waited in drive thru for coffee for 15 minutes, making eye contact with multiple employees. Finally someone comes up to the window and said "you ordered the ice coffee? Ill make that now. " The place was completely empty with nobody in line in drive through. 4:00pm on a tuesday afternoon. I just left.

I’ve gone here 3 different time and my order has been wrong every single time. Instead of hiring high teenagers maybe hire someone who can take a simple order. go to Starbucks next door where they actually read your order back and know customer

Idk how they have 3.9 stars being a Dunkin but here’s an honest review. The workers at Dunkin aren’t trained and thrown into action so if you’ve ever wondered why every single coffee tastes different that is why. Coffee isn’t very good either. Usually a bit old and very milky and sweet. Also the food is terrible trust me don’t get breakfast there. Hashbrowns are always burnt tasting and the sandwiches Just taste weird especially the eggs and sausage. Their donuts are okay but not the best. Starbys across the street is always consistent and tastes great.

Always busy but I’m usually in and out in 15 minutes. Mostly teenagers but they’re all kind and respectful. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue it’s been resolved easily.
