Dirty store with crumbs and trash all over lobby. Had to wait 10 minutes for a tea and a coolata

Worst dunkin i ever been to. Everytime I've ordered from here my order was wrong not to mention have been double charged and never refunded compensated nothing. Go across the street to Starbucks and dont waste your money.

Can’t rate on atmosphere because this was a delivery, but just ordered on DoorDash and all food was ice cold, and there were items missing, and what was actually sent was sent incorrectly. So disappointed.

I ordered 4 everything bagel stuffed minis. I ended up receiving 2 everything ones And 2 plain ones. I went to try my bagel bites and they were STILL FROZEN.

I normally don't like leaving reviews, with that being said, I would recommend that you double check your order. Out of the past ten visits , 9 of them were incorrect. Each time I pointed it out and either accepted or had them fix the order. Today after I requested the order be corrected, I was given what I felt like was a jab at me. After asking for a chipotle wake up wrap with sausage, I asked for in the first place, I received a wrap with the smallest piece of sausage and one hash brown. The wrap has always came with three. Lately I have been very disappointed with this location. Please fix this issue.

Highlight of my day was being told “ ok so for future reference you need to tell your order at speaker for mobile order and not just drive up to the window “ LMFAO. Mind you I always come here to get my order when placed for drive thru and I ALWAYS tell them my name when I arrive AT the speaker so the employees know I HAVE arrive, I’m not stupid 😂 on top of that, I did and someone who spoke over the speaker told me to pull to the window.

took 15 minutes just for one sausage, egg, and cheese. the kitchen crew just looked absolutely lost

I have been to this location multiple multiple times because it’s near my work and every single order has been wrong, burnt or so hard I could not bite into it. They do so-so on the coffee drinks, but the food they cannot seem to get right. It’s wrong every single time I order it. I’m so disappointed in this location.

By far the best donuts I’ve had in a long time, frozen iced coffee Is amazing, 11/10 experience would recommend, Cassidy is such a wonderful worker and always cheerful.

You need to clean. The place is filthy and also missing chairs and lack of order. Don't want to eat in a dump. Really disappointing. Anyone cares? It is a recurring /constant issue.

I am so upset. My latte was so hot that it burned the s*** out of my mouth and hand was filled to the top, so I had to pour it out. no foam on it. So they must not not know how to steam milk or that it shouldn't go past one thirty. It's definitely not coffee. Because your coffee is never that warm. Our hot it's always luke warm. I am highly upset. I have to go to the hospital now for my burn. On my hand I tried to call the store.No one is picking up the phone.
