Oysters, fresh fish are the best in PVB. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Support local businesses!
I have been a regular customer of your Ponte Vedra Beach location since the opening and for years loved the store. I’m very disappointed in how much service has gone downhill to the point where I’m not even sure if I’ll keep coming back. Especially after today’s experience. The problems started a couple of months ago when my husband was given the incorrect fish by a new employee. The manager made up for it and apologized so we kept going back. Today’s experience was way more
Absolute best fresh fish/seafood ever!
Always exactly what we ask for with friendly staff
Always fresh ?
Katherine/Joanna and the entire staff is amazing. They will always take care of your request and provide fantastic quality of seafood. The personal care they provide is unmatched. Go enjoy this business when you need some great seafood and wonderful service.
Freshness, and knowledge. I was a regular at the Mandarin location until my move years ago. Since the PVB location opened I have been a weekly customer. Mike is my go to person, but you can not go wrong.
Very fresh fish all the time
This place is a great addition to Ponte Vedra! Great fresh seafood, great variety, and a quick, efficient set-up.
Fisherman’s Dock PVB has a great selection of fresh fish daily. The amazing staff, Joanna, Jonah, Mike, Cory and of course Katherine are helpful, extremely knowledgeable and always greet us with a smile.

One of my Favorite places for Fresh Seafood. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Purchased 30lbs of oysters and later that day I went to put them on the grill and half of them had died and opened up
We drove nearly 50 miles round-trip to specifically visit this location, hoping our experience here would be better than we had at the Mandarin location. But the minute we entered, even with masks on, the smell was awful. I just wanted dry scallops, so that's what I asked for. I mentioned how the smell here was just as bad as or even worse than the other location, and the young man scooping out our scallops thought that was pretty funny. He wore his mask just under his nose, and admitted that the smell hit him as he arrived each day, but after being in it for a while, he "got used to it" and it didn't really bother him. I still wanted to trust the scallops, as I had big plans for them with dinner, so we went ahead and made the purchase. We brought in our own cooler and this same young man loaded some ice into it for our trip home. But, by the time we got home, the whole interior of my cooler was rancid. We dumped the ice outside, but didnt detect any odor in the carefully wrapped seafood, so we put it in the fridge. When we got them out to start preparing dinner, they smelled horrific! We didn't even open the paper wrap, just opened the plastic bag and nearly lost it, it was so gross. At least the scallops I purchased at the older Mandarin location were good, and delicious for dinner. This bright and shiny store was a huge disappointment. Although I will not be doing business with this company again, I will be returning their product to them tomorrow and getting my money back.
We tried this location after an unpleasant trip to the Mandarin store. Both smell bad. The scallops look good, and we received very good service. Hope they taste as good as they look.
