As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by the staff and mold all over the ceiling tiles. The refrigerator case is always broken and leaking all over the floor, bathrooms are disgusting, tables aren’t cleaned off in a timely fashion and the one dude always on the slicer will ask you your order 2-3 times and then still mess it up requiring you to stop him to correct him. It’s not that hard to pay attention to your customer when they are responding to YOUR question.

This is the closet location to us and my family enjoys jersey mikes but heading over to the Bartram store is a decision we may start making. I can only imagine the mold

Best Jersey Mike's location. The employees are very fast,and efficient. This location gets very busy but I never waited too long for my sandwich. Limited seating inside but that's not too big if a deal IMO.

Always do pick-up in store. No wait & usually always ready. Sandwiches are always delicious. Get light lettuce for a less mess.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and arrived at the restaurant to pick it up, only for the cashier to cancel it right in front of me. He then tells me, “Sorry, it didn’t show up in the system.” I get that lunch rushes can be hectic, but don’t cancel my order while I’m standing there and then claim it never existed. Funny how, after waiting 20 minutes, the moment I show up and the cashier starts “searching” for my order is exactly when I get the cancellation notice. Will not be eating here again.

Place was filthy. Could not even sit at tables outside. Bathroom was also filthy. But had lots of workers standing around chit chatting.

Technical issues preventing online ordering and no receipts

While the food is good, I advise against ordering online. The last 3 times I ordered online, the food was ready at least 10 min after the promised time or not available at all. In my last visit, 12 min after the promised time, I was told they were still preparing. They later told me, they could not make my order. They wanted to know if I still wanted the chips only. As you can imagine, I opted for a refund. Another time, I noticed improper food handling (i.e., food on directly counter without anything beneath for every single sub prepared). This really should be one star, but giving two because the food itself is decent when you actually get your order.
