Jersey Mike's Subs

Never order pickup from here. I just waited in the store for 40 minutes for a sandwich and a wrap. I just got back to my office and they did not make the sandwich correctly. Food is usually decent, definitely go and wait in the line instead of ordering ahead if you don't want to be stuck there all day.

This location used to be so much better than it's been in my last couple of visits. I don't know what happened with this location, but it needs to be addressed asap. Will not be back, and will happily visit other locations instead, even though I live in Nocatee. It's a shame, this used to be one of the best JM locations, but I've been so disappointed in 3 or 4 of my past visits, that I'm done here.

This Jersey Mikes location stinks. More often than not when you order online, the order is incorrect or missing items. They always forget ingredients on their subs, and multiple times we’ve ordered online and chips and soda were missing in the order. I love Jersey Mikes subs but this location is very frustrating.

Their Garlic Pickles are Divine

Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had at Jersey Mike’s.
We ordered food for our family of five and waited over an hour for delivery only to receive completely wrong subs. Not just a small mix-up ,everything was incorrect. Mistakes can happen, but what really set this apart was the complete lack of accountability or effort to fix it.

When I called the store, I spoke with the manager and explained the situation. Instead of apologizing or offering a reasonable solution, she told me I’d have to drive 25 minutes back to the store and reorder everything myself. When I asked for a refund so I could simply place a new order — especially since my son has food allergies and couldn’t eat what we received — she flat-out refused. She was rude, condescending, and dismissive the entire time.

We’ve been loyal Jersey Mike’s customers for years, but this experience was enough to make us question ever returning. The customer service was unacceptable, and the manager’s attitude was beyond unprofessional.

As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by the staff and mold all over the ceiling tiles. The refrigerator case is always broken and leaking all over the floor, bathrooms are disgusting, tables aren’t cleaned off in a timely fashion and the one dude always on the slicer will ask you your order 2-3 times and then still mess it up requiring you to stop him to correct him. It’s not that hard to pay attention to your customer when they are responding to YOUR question.

This is the closet location to us and my family enjoys jersey mikes but heading over to the Bartram store is a decision we may start making. I can only imagine the mold

Best Jersey Mike's location. The employees are very fast,and efficient. This location gets very busy but I never waited too long for my sandwich. Limited seating inside but that's not too big if a deal IMO.

Bummer my cheese steak was sealed up in paper before getting use the salad bar adders

Always do pick-up in store. No wait & usually always ready. Sandwiches are always delicious. Get light lettuce for a less mess.
New chicken salad was delicious!

It's my new GO TO!! I had one of the best subscription I have ever had last week, went back for the Day of Giving and had the same experience. Great staff and the manager, she was awesome!!

Best service and subs in town. Ya'll rock.
