Please follow up on this there’s a manager violating employee rights and it’s just unacceptable hopes corporate can see this just beacouse they broke their arm don’t justify it

Technical issues preventing online ordering and no receipts

While the food is good, I advise against ordering online. The last 3 times I ordered online, the food was ready at least 10 min after the promised time or not available at all. In my last visit, 12 min after the promised time, I was told they were still preparing. They later told me, they could not make my order. They wanted to know if I still wanted the chips only. As you can imagine, I opted for a refund. Another time, I noticed improper food handling (i.e., food on directly counter without anything beneath for every single sub prepared). This really should be one star, but giving two because the food itself is decent when you actually get your order.

Mobile ordering is a joke. Waited an hour and the sub was still not done. Their line inside was faster. Lesson learned not to go here anymore.

I'm here sitting here waiting for my pick up order that isn't done ..... in fact it wasn't even printed from the computer when I came in to pick it up and then I was told by the wiseass kid behind the counter that I was too early for it, but don't worry it's a quick make......all the team was hanging in the back room then decided to have a discussion over who was going to make it ..... thank god this was paid for with points or I would of walked out .... horrible service and a horrible staff ..... ps I was the only customer and I'm still waiting past the time my order was due..... sad situation

Subs are great, do not use mobile order on the weekends. Always faster to go through the line. The subs are never ready when specified using mobile order

I love Jersey Mike’s and was excited to have one close to use when we moved into the area. However, this location skimps on their meat. My wife and I used to split a giant from our MI location and be full, while I can eat a whole one down here and not be as satiated. Out of the 5 times I’ve ordered, 3 of them forgot to put the bacon on the sub. Will try another location or just stick to Pub subs.

Always forgetting the potato chips on my delivery order. You guys really need to come up with a better method of checking for order accuracy.

Awesome steak subs.choice of fresh breads and veggies if you're into that
