Decent sushi. Thai dishes are not very good. Atmosphere is gross as you’ll see multiple tables that haven’t been cleared. Service is atrocious. The atmosphere is so routinely gross that I’ve started using this restaurant for take-out only. Apparently asking the staff for a second container of soy sauce and wasabi is just too much, as my request was met with a clearly perturbed attitude complete with an annoyed sigh. And that was after I kindly left a tip for my take-out order.

Absolutely delicious sushi!
The fish was incredibly fresh — you can really taste the quality. My favorites were the white tuna and the eel sushi — perfectly balanced and full of flavor.
Also, Tamara was such a sweet and kind server, she made our visit even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves authentic, fresh sushi! 🍣✨

Of course...something great gets ruined. I loved the curry shrimp entre. Huge portion with 8 delicious juicy shrimp...I would gladly pay more, if need be. Tonight picked up curried shrimp...6 scrawny, pre cooked shrimp from yesterday thrown in the top of the to go container....please don't let this become the new normal.

The prices are completely crazy compared to the food you get which is average at best. I used to love this place but now feel cheated . I will not pay these prices for this amount of food which are extremely small portions compared to a few years back. I also had to ask the waitress 3 times to bring water and I was one of 3 people in the restaurant. This is not the first time this has happened but it’s my last. No more chances for you Kamiya 86.

I have dined here about 10 times over the last year. Tonight, I enjoyed Chef Byron Alugue's Omakase and, holy smokes, what an experience! Beginning with an out of the norm Italian-inspired blue crab arangini, we dove head first into expertly sliced and customized sushi selections of Japanese-sourced fish with a few international offerings as well. The man has crazy good knife skills and combined with his mad scientist taste and visual creations, makes for an incredibly enjoyable Omakase. Oh, and it's under $100/person. New favorite and hidden PVB gem!

My son and I finally went to Omikase at Kamiya, and it was amazing! Chef Byron showcases the best fish available, then prepares the nigiri in creative and delicious ways. He starts the meal with a cold and warm appetizer, which were both innovative and tasty, then the nigiri course starts, along with sake, then capped off with desert. We were truly thrilled with our dinner and will definitely be coming back to do the omikase again!
My partner and I had our first date here, and we have come back a couple of times since. It's probably some of the best sushi and clear soup I've ever had. They have a wide selection of alcohol and the service is always fantastic. We have had Lee as our server pretty much every time, and they are always lovely. The happy hour also has fantastic deals. My partner and I were able to have beer, a cocktail, an appetizer, 2 bowls of soup, and 3 rolls for $25.
