Customers love the diverse menu, including the fresh sushi, hibachi, fried rice, shrimp sauce, and crab rangoons. The sushi is praised for its freshness and bursting flavors, with the quality of the fish being outstanding. The service is great, with the staff being knowledgeable and always making sure to check on customers. The food comes out really quickly. Kotobuki deserves nothing less than 5 stars; the sushi is delicious. We won’t go anywhere else.
