Kotobuki deserves nothing less than 5 stars. If I could give them more I would! Chef Kevin is an amazing and humble sushi chef. Him and his family always incredibly nice and hospitable. Oh and sushi is delicious. We won’t go anywhere else. After our first few times going here and ordering the same thing, Chef Kevin memorized our order and would start preparing it as soon as we walked in. Now that’s what I call service. We highly recommend the Love Boat and Kotobuki to everyone!

I think this is some of the freshest sushi/sashimi I have ever had outside of Japan! Always sit at the sushi bar and have immediate service and great conversations with the chef! His wife is also very nice and a great cook!

Unfortunately chicken was dry, probably overcooked. Portions are small. Even the vegetables are very limited.3 Broccoli, three carrots and a little bit more generous with the onions. The food does taste good. This was take out. Next time checking the food before leaving the restaurant. Please improves takeout.
