Especially wonderful service from the guy with the stubble and long hair (receipt said served s). Made substituting on a sandwich easy, gave good advice on what shake to get, and a tip to make the shake better (swap the milk for fanta) and was just all around nice and high energy. Fantastic shake, fantastic chicken sandwich (stringy tender chicken with perfectly crispy breading, amazing signature sauce), and wonderful burger (especially the patties). I haven't been back to M Shack Nocatee since they redid their menu. I was worried when I heard all burgers were now well-done, which I do not like. I went last week and was so impressed! I ordered the M Smashburger and it was delicious! Not overdone, not too undercooked, and the cheese was delish. The best part was our server, Zan. He was OUTSTANDING!
