I actually enjoyed visiting this particular location. I don't say that about a McDonald's but I can this location. The staff was friendly and courteous. If you are in the area, stop in and give them a try.

Heading home from a beach day I decided to stop at this McDonald's thinking Shirley the service would be good in the accuracy would be fantastic in this part of town but it was horrible and the lady was nasty and rude I was actually so ready to throw my food. Not one thing was right they didn't give a damn about how anything was ordered and they were rude as could be for wasting 30 minutes of my time and making my trip home take twice as long

Food touched with bare hands. For years this was the best McDonald's in the world till just recently when they changed from wearing food handling gloves to just wearing one glove.... so you can be assured your food will be touched by someone's bare hand. SO sad to see them start this practice... they work so hard here.

I went to get lunch on my break and went thru drive thru ordered lunch. I was pulling to a parking place grabbed a couple fries out of bag as we all do to find a palmetto bug (roach) flopping around in my bag. I went back on to restaurant and gave them them bag with the roach still in it and they said they will give me refund and I said yes due to having a very important appointment and gave me a refund. But just to clarify this wasn't what I wanted because I like McDonald's but won't go there no more.
I usually walk-in to order here, because it's pretty convenient. The service and food are great; I've been here a few times now, and the orders have always been correct, including removing toppings. I did see one person walk in with an incorrect order, but he was unclear with the request to begin with. Never hurts to double check, though.

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes to order a McFlurry. Finally ordered only to be told the ice cream machine is broken. Please place a sign at the drive thru entrance to save your customers time.
