McFlamingo has a number of vegan options that differ from the usual token vegan offerings at other restaurants. I am new to the area and was happy to find this place so close. I ordered the Coconut Raisin salad with the lentil patty and the side of cauliflower and tahini for pickup. Ordering was seamless and the food was amazing and filling. Love that they offer true vegan options with grains, beans, veg, nuts and seeds. Not some boring old salad. I will definitely be back and update my review with photos.

If being vegetarian involves eating this, then count me in! The lentil burger is amazing and nothing has left me disappointed…. Only thing as constructive feedback is your ordering system. Otherwise if food tastes this delicious, please don’t ever cut corners because some people are impatient and want fast service!

This place is amazing! Their food is so good and great portions, my sister and I split a salad every time. The only thing is, they do not give nearly enough dressing and extra dressing is $1 each. My sister and I ended up buying THREE extra dressings. If more dressing was given my review would be 5 ⭐️

I went to the Beach Blvd location with a friend because she eats a plant-based diet. I am more of an omnivore. This place specializes in healthy food for people with varieties of eating restrictions/preferences. Totally gluten free and with truly vegan meals (not lame vegan options) it is a great choice for mixed groups.
I had the curried cauliflour salad which had a great combination of goodies included. Each bite had a unique blend if flavors. Come in for the eclectic flavor combinations in”real” food without additives or processing!!!

My wife has celiac disease and we often have a hard time finding restaurants to eat at with fear of cross contamination. This place is 100% gluten free and you wouldn’t even know it. Everything we have gotten from this place is amazing. It is a little pricey but the portions are big and the wait can be a little long, but it is definitely worth it. Absolutely recommend for gluten and non gluten eaters.

Love this place! Healthy food that tastes fantastic and cheerful, can-do staff. The Coconut Raisin salad was fabulous! It was really the combination of the lentil patty, turmeric dressing, cashews, mix of fresh quinoa, and tasty greens that made it so great. Golden raisins and coconut were lovely but just the "icing on top" of this salad. All 8 of us loved everything we ordered. It's not "fast food" pricing but doesn't break the bank. We'll be back.
