It’s an excuse. Maybe not every time, but come on. Parking lot is always full, but restaurant is always empty, they must be dining at surrounding restaurants.

Completely inedible food. Fries were cold, meat was fatty and undercooked, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Run. Don't walk. Horrible.... Complained, but a discount was never offered. My husband doesn't like to make a scene, so he paid the full bill. ?

We eat twice in 2 months. Food OK but both times restaurant was dirty, rest room disgusting, service sadly lacking and supervisor demeaning to waiter at our table. Not going back for the third time.

Horrible experience! They were short staffed but the service was great. The table was sticky. The server told us it's bc the table coating was coming off but it was dirty. The bathroom floor was so sticky my sandals kept getting stuck. The food was disgusting. We spent $73 for 2 people before a tip. We ordered cheese sticks. They were ok. I had the half rack ribs and 6oz sirloin combo. I ordered a salad with ranch and greens as my side. They forgot my salad. The server offered to pack it up to go or swap it out for another side. I got mac n cheese in its place. The ribs were really fatty and they weren't very flavorful. The steak came out rare. This picture doesn't do it justice to how red/purple it was. It has NO seasoning. Most importantly it tasted rancid. I literally spit it out. When I told the server she commented on how she told them it looked under cooked before she brought it out. She didn't offer any credit or to fix the steak at all. My meal was $31.99. I ate 2 rib bones, some Mac n cheese, and some of my greens. My husband got pulled pork and turkey. He said the turkey didn't taste smoked. It tasted like thanksgiving style turkey. Neither of us were fans of the red barbeque sauce. I tried the mustard BBQ sauce. It was good. Since he only eats regular red style BBQ sauce he didn't eat most of his meal either.Edit: I spoke to one of the managers a few days after this experience. She offered for us to come in and get a free meal to make things right. I requested just a refund on my meal off the ticket. They ended up taking off my husbands meal too so we only were charged for our drinks, appetizer, and tip.

This “restaurant” is VERY poorly managed and under staffed. Staff is young and untrained (not their fault). They are out of stock on many meals you try to order. Also, Cannot order liquor due to bartender not being of age to serve liquor, so, you Cant order meals and cant order drinks. This is not a restaurant. It is a complete trainwreck

Do not go to this place. We placed a to go order. Came to pick it up and it was completely wrong. Good thing i checked. Instead of putting a pulled pork sandwich together quickly for me as that’s what i ordered, they made me wait 30+ minutes with constant i promise it’s coming out. Pulled pork is already made. No sense. This cook has no priority or a care in the world. Service is absolutely awful!!

We should have walked out when we saw how dirty the restaurant was, but some of the best BBQ I've ever had was from a dirty shack just outside of Atlanta so I was willing to look past the sticky tables & dirty windows. That was a mistake.Service was sub par. Had to flag down our waitress to ask for refills after she walked past our empty glasses several times.Food came out the same time as our fried green tomatoes appetizer. Appetizers was hot, but food was cold. They obviously made our food and let it sit while they made the appetizer last. My son didn't get his fries until we were already done eating. And everything was bland. My pulled pork sandwich was mostly fat and not much meat. It tasted weird... like soap.Very disappointing $75 meal. Don't make the same mistake we did. Go somewhere else.
Family lunch experience-Wait staff was fine. Steaks were nothing special, their name is misleading. Resturant was dirty, as if not cleaned from the night before. It’s probably a better bar than a restaurant.

New to Nocatee, a vast improvement to previous restraurant at this location. I had brisket and sausage dinner. It is all about the meats. Better than anyplace i've tried in N. Florida. Compares to best in Kansas City and St. Louis.

My 5 yr old said the Mac n cheese was bussin !!!Everything we ordered was great ! I ordered the Texas combo and the brisket was delicious. The sausage was great also, I really enjoyed the grilled corn as well. Over all a great dinner and Greg out server was awesome and very attentive and polite.
