Mr. Chubby's Wings

As I walked into the place, on a wednesday evening, I noticed several beer bottles in the grass and landscaping. As I got to the door, I was greeted by a cloud of cigarette smoke. The interior isn't too bad. I came for a trivia night. The trivia, actually music bingo, was fun despite some drunkards at the bar. I was hungry and ordered several items from the menu. I started with fried pickles and shrimp. The pickles were poorly breaded and pretty bland. The shrimp with Chub sauce was okay. Next, I ordered, I believe it was the Chub burger with two patties, cheese and bacon along with 6 lemon pepper wings. The burger was okay, but the patties are obviously frozen prior to cooking. They were pretty dry. The wings were perfectly cooked but the lemon pepper seasoning was extremely salty. I could only eat 2 of them. Our server was pretty good. She took care of us for the most part. All in all, this is a bar that serves bar food, not a high quality restaurant that serves drinks. If you go in with that mentality, you won't be disappointed.

We have been coming here for a very long time & the food & service are both always amazing. Everytime we come in, we usually always get Britney & I am always relieved because she’s such a great server. Never let’s our drinks go empty, practically knows our orders by heart and always has a great attitude. We love her & her attention to detail.

Brittney is hands down the best server I have ever had at a restaurant.she always goes above and beyond my needs. Whenever we come in, she asks if I want my usual meal. My drink is never below half full. It doesn’t get much better than that in my opinion. With her fantastic customer service skills, She should be a manager in no time.

Live locally and stopped by tonight with the wife for some wings. Always ask to sit in the section Brittney is working. Her service is top shelf. She stops by often and makes sure we are happy with our meal.

I usually come with my family on All You Can Eat wings on mondays 6-9pm and the food is fantastic. So many options to choose from wirh great flavors. Lemon Pepper Hot is definitely a go-to choice and my personal favorite. Spice level runs hot so be aware. We got a side of tater tots which were UNBELIEVABLE. It's probably the best I've ever had with flavor and crunch. The wings are large and price is fairly decent considering other chicken wing options around. My mom got a turkey sandwich which she really enjoyed. The servers are polite but can sometimes be scarce when you need something, but they also attend to a lot of tables at once. Bar looks like a good time while hanging with friends or watching a game. 5/5 I will be back.

Mr chubby’s is our spot we work out in Ponte Vedra and go there just about everyday for lunch it’s always a good time but only when Brittany is there she is the best server I have ever come across she knows and loves her people and make sure she takes care of them she was off for a week and that was one of the weeks we came everyday and let me tell you it was not the same I did not tip at all that week cause everything was nasty now that she back we are back she is a very loving person and does her job the best ever she is the goat at what she does (greatest of all times)

Atmosphere is fun and food is enjoyable. Service is always top tier. Britany takes care of my wife and I and recognizes us as regulars. We always feel welcomed and taken care of.

The wings were good, but I was not impressed with the service. I ordered 15 wings for $20. Apparently they have an all you can eat wings option for $18 that I found out about as I was paying... not that it's a huge price difference, but it is a service level difference.

The bathroom and ceiling were pretty gross. Not sure if it was a dust or mold thing on the ceiling. Either way, a deep cleaning is over due.

I love this place. The food is great, waiters are so incredibly kind and helpful and funny, video games for kids (bring coins!), bathrooms could be a little cleaner but overall wonderful experience.
